While pumping and cleaning our septic Tanks our basement toilet burped Paper and poop all over after I emptied an upstairs Bath tub. AAA responded with a Hydro Something? and solved a major problem for us later that same day! We are very thankful!

Wonderful. We were very please with the quality and professionalism of AAA septic cleaning crew. Would highly recommend if you need their services. Willing to assist with answers to questions asked.

Del and his crew @AAA have been a total life saver to my family! When I was told by another company they couldn't do anything for me and left a terrible job! Del swooped in and has been super informative all along the way!

Everything went fine except the truck showed up late afternoon rather than mid-morning as scheduled. I'm not sure they would have showed up that day if I hadn't called to see if they were still coming.

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

Dealing with the company owner Dale was excellent. Dealing with office staff there was lack of communication and slow response time. I believe they were changing office staff and we had to keep calling back and calling back to see when they were going to do our work and it took about 2 months of doing that to get them out. We did have to have some extra repair work done and it was done once we were able to reach the company owner but the office staff just was not communicating with the rest of the company employees or owner.

Very disappointing. We booked a service from AAA this Tuesday and the appointment was confirmed for Friday. I received a call on Thursday confirming the appointment on Friday. I then get a call on Friday morning saying that I was not happy with their service back in January (8 months ago) and therefore they would rather not service my home. I now remember the event. The January appointment was set for early afternoon and the engineer turned up in the evening. I expressed my frustration that he could have called to advise me he would be >4hrs late as we had someone waiting all day. I wasn't abusive or used any foul language but apparently in AAA's eyes I was in the wrong! When I received the call this morning I politely pointed out that I would have appreciated knowing that they had no intention to service my home on Tuesday. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional, for the second time.

The county sent out 5000 notices at the same time. Even though they were overwhelmed, they worked with my schedule to fit me in before the county deadline. The serviceman then told me about a coupon in the local paper (Angie's coupon is only good for amounts over $150), so my $99 inspection was $79. All around 2 thumbs up for these guys !!

He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and discussed ways to keep tank in good condition

It went well. He installed a riser and put bentonite clay around it to seal it. the tank was pumped and all was well.

Very helpful over the phone, even offered a few things I could check before having to send out guys to do the fix. In the end my sensor had fallen in and was false-alarming, they were prompt & professional for what (fortunately) ended up being a quick fix.

I've used AAA Septic for years. The service people are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This is the second septic tank company that has no shown up. Anybody know of one that will?

We first used AAA back in 2013 after getting an awful quote from another company. Since then we have used them for our inspections, locate, and replacing the lid. They are prompt, do good work, and don't try to overcharge you for services that you don't need. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them.

Very well. They explained fully what they were going to do and gave me a complete report after they were finished.

This company saved us thousands of dollars. We were victims of an incompetent inspector in the process of selling our home. We sought a second opinion and needed it ASAP. AAA came to the rescue. The inspector came on his own time as soon as he could and found there was no problem with our system and it met all requirements with the state. We had them do all regular maintenance which was done quickly and thoroughly. The sight was cleaned up to the degree that it almost looked undisturbed. There were no delays in the sale and the new buyers where completely satisfied Thanks AAA!

It went well. One person came out and it took about an hour and 15 minutes. The guy was friendly and helpful and answered my questions. I would tell a friend or family member they do the job and it doesn't cost a fortune.
