AAA Septic Service

The person who took my call regarding the work was polite. The two workers showed up in the time frame the company said they would. They worked efficiently and finished the job in a workman like and professional manner. They back filled the area they worked in. They cleaned up the area and removed old pipe. I would recommend this company to any one.

I was helping some Buddhist monks with a house and 20 acre property that they are using for retreat. I figured the septic tank was not pumped in a long time, so I called AAA Septic Service based on the great reviews here on Angie's List. Scheduling was easy. The scheduler was very accommodating. The person doing the work, Jay, was very polite, and hard working. We only had a rough idea of where the septic tank was. Jay was very diligent in locating the tank. Unfortunately, the previous owner had routed a water pipe near the septic tank lid and this ended up getting split in the process of the repair. Jay fixed the repair. In spite of the challenge of the project, the price of locating the tank and pumping it out was fair and reasonable. I am very pleased with AAA Septic Service, very impressed with their staff, especially Jay, and would definitely use their service again!!

On or around the first of April 2014 I contacted AAA Septic Service to come out to my home to check out two small sink holes, one at the inlet to the septic tank and the other at the " D-box" going to the drain field. Tanner gave me a run down as to the problem which didn't seem to be as bad as I expected. He said that he could take care of the problems in a few hours. His office e-mailed me a bid and I excepted for $477.11. I set up an appointment for the 10th of April for the repair. Tanner and his helper did the following repair: Replaced the D -box, Line replacement with cleanout, Septic Tank and Drain Field inspection and CL CO reporting fee plus tax came to $473.65. I contacted them about Angie's List $25.00 coupon and they sent me a check for that amount which brought the total to $448.65 under budget! I can't thank Tanner and AAA Septic service enough, They were very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and concerns. Needless to say if I need help in this department again they will be the first ones I'll call. I strongly recommend " AAA Septic Service ". Gary

they came dug the lid up which was aprox. waste deep installed the riser and did a inspection. They went the extra mile and filled the wheel barrel with the extra dirt.

I was given a window of time when they would arrive and they were on time. When I made the appointment over the phone to have septic pumped, they suggested I have it inspected first. Good thing I did as it does not need pumping. I feel I can trust them, gee, they could have told me that it needed pumping and I wouldn't know the difference. I was happy with the two guys that came over, with their professionalism and how they explained everything to me that would be done and their recommendations. When I need my septic tank pumped or inspected, I will call AAA Septic Service.

We had this company out three days, to see what the problem was and to supposedly drain our septic system. We dealt with two different people who told us two completely different stories. I was told we would have one price by the first guy and a completely different price by the other. One worker stated the septic tank would be completely drained the other said it was drained half way. I could never get a straight answer from either man and when they finally left our problem was twenty times worse than before they came. I have called them three times to talk to them about our septic issues as well as find out what our bill is going to finally be and have never received a call back let alone a bill for whatever service they DID NOT PROVIDE. I will NEVER use this company and I WILL NEVER recommend them! I can't believe that this company has been rated so highly by Angies List and feel like I have been completely screwed over by these people.

What a great company!we had a plugged septic system on a Saturday with everything backing up into the house. I was afraid we'd have to do without water or toilets until Monday but my husband called AAA septic service and they came over on a dark , rainy night and fixed it, only charging the minimum service fee. Friendly, honest and there when you need them. I highly recommend them and thank you, Angie !

It took some time to locate the tank, and a return visit with digging equipment. The soil was all neatly replaced and smoothed out after digging.

The county was unable to provide a helpful map of the septic system related to our new house. I called AAA Septic Service to see if they could help me. They called back and walked me through the cryptic map (which was also oriented incorrectly) and further explained the do's and don'ts of a septic system since I've never owned one in the past. Very helpful group!

Let me start out by saying that if you are shopping for a company to inspect and/or pump your tank, do not even think twice about hiring these folks, just do it! In August 2013 our realtor hired a competing septic service to perform a septic inspection on a house that we were about to purchase (the home owners at the time would not pay for the inspection, so we had to). The competing service came out and performed their inspection and reported that the tank needed to be pumped. They also reported 18" of scum and 9" of sludge in the first tank compartment. While I had no reason to doubt the validity of these findings, something about this company did not "feel" right, and so when the time came for pumping, I decided to go with AAA Septic instead, based on Angie's List reviews. Boy, was I glad I did! Their employee, Jay, arrived well withing the timeframe that they gave me, and even called before coming just like I asked. He asked me if he was going to be pumping or just inspecting. I told him I would leave it to him whether it needed pumping or not, but that I was told from the previous inspection that it would probably need it. Jay went right to work and located our tank's buried risers (one was even under our deck!) and performed the inspection. I was not prepared for his results though. He told me AND showed me that my tank was NOT in need of pumping after all. Jay found only 5" of scum and only 4" of sludge in the first compartment (significantly different from the competetor's findings). He asked about the size of our family and told me that pumping could likely wait another 6 YEARS! Right there Jay saved me the approx $400 that I was expecting to shell out that morning! He also told me how to clean the exit baffle and to make sure to do it every 6 months to avoid any problems with sewage backing-up into our home. I received all of this great service for $89! The inspection itself was $99, but by mentioning that I found them on Angie's List, their receptionist gave me $10 off...RIGHTEOUS! Just to give you a little more incentive, the competing company (remember them?) charged me $162.60...$115 for the inspection (plus tax) and $35 to "uncover" the tank...which Jay did for free. Go with AAA Septic, you'll be glad you did! They're honest and reliable! Did I mention "Honest"?

Had very foul-smelling liquid coming up by cleanout port for septic tank. Called Dale after hours on Wednesday. He was great. Said he could have somebody here the next day. I just needed to call back the office during business hours. I called back the next morning (today) and Tanner was here by one p.m. today. He did a quick inspection and it turned out the plug in the line had resolved itself. He did not charge me anything because they were working on a house just down the street. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely use them again!!!

It went beautifully. Dale Waliezer came out to give his 2nd opinion after an unscrupulous septic co had told us that our system was failed and would require an entirely new system. Dale examined our system thoroughly and gave his assessment that although one of our drainfield lines appeared to be drowned, he suspected it could be rejuvenated with some changes in our water usage and a capping off of the drowned line to allow it to become un-drowned. He returned periodically to check progress, and in the end, the drowned line had indeed returned to full function. He could not have been more kind and generous, and he took time to explain exactly how septic systems worked, and just what the problem with our drowned line was due to. Although he had spent his time and even installed the cap on the line for us, he would accept no payment. He is a true gem and you have the full comfort of knowing that you will be told the absolute truth by him, be it bad or good news. I cannot commend him highly enough; I would recommend using him for any septic system needs you might have.

When I called them at 7:30 am and described the issue, Dale said it was probably a clogged baffle and we did not need the septic tank emptied. He made an appointment for the same afternoon. He showed up in timely fashion and cleared the baffle. After observing the tank, he agreed it needed to be emptied. Brought all the tools needed and did an exceptional job in a very short time. He and his helper were extremely professional and efficient. I would give them an A+ if it were possible. Thanks to Angies list for the very high recommendation. This service was extraordinary and they cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Dale and helper!

A young man came to do the inspection on Thursday and determine that we need a pump. I have confirmed with the company to get the tank pumped on Friday morning. So far the experience is great and pleasant. Another gentleman came a little later than we were told. He finished pumping within half an hour. But he left without close and bury the lid for our septic tank.

When our septic tank alarm sounded I called AAA Septic based on previous AL reviews. Dale said it was likely a pump issue and they would be able to work on it the same day in the early afternoon. At about 4pm I called asking if we were still on their schedule for today and they apologized for being late and promised they would be out later in the day. They called me at 6p to say they were on the way and showed up at 6:15. They apologized again for being so late and then went to look at the tank - and spotted the problem almost right away. The wiring had been chewed through by some sort of critter. In a matter of minutes they repaired the wiring and the unit started working. I was relieved that it was a such simple fix that was taken care of quickly and professionally. Despite the later than promised arrival time, I'll be calling them again when we need any septic service performed.

They were extremely good in every way. There is a specific fee that the State of Washington charges for that particular service. They just charged me what the State would charge.

It turned out that the septic system didn't need draining after all but I was charged $75 just the same. Maybe I'm just annoyed that they charged me such a huge sum. I'm elderly and on a fixed income and I know gas is high but it couldn't have cost $75 to drive to my location.

I needed an inspection for a permit and had no idea when the septic was pumped last, let alone where it was. The guys are wizards at finding the septic and lids. The were realistic about the problems with the extensive roots. I will call them again..

I contacted three septic service companies on AngiesList to have my septic system checked/serviced. AAA Septic was the only one who responded. The person I spoke with was pleasant and informative. She gave me prices for the inspection and cleaning( if need). She also told me what size holding tank was on my property(I had no ideal) and that their was a discount as a Angieslist member. On the day of the inspection, I received a call from the inspector stating he was running behind, I was impressed he took the time to call as so many other don't. Once he arrived he apologize for the delay and went to work. He showed me the level of sentiment in my tank and gave me an ideal of when it needs to be emptied based off usage. He checked the operation of the float control/sensor making sure everything was in proper working order. He also cleaned the basket around the pump unit., explaining it could cause the pump to work harder bringing about an early pump replacement. The basket cleaning was not part of the inspection, others may have not did what he did, hoping the pump failed. Thank you. AAA Septic provided personal/professional service and in my opinion has earned all the accolades received from previous customers They are a business operating with integrity and trustworthiness (an exception to rule). I highly recommend this company for any and all septic service matters.

Two young men came out and quickly assessed the problem. They replaced our float and cleaned our pump to help it last longer. They told me why our alarm wasn't working and fixed the problem. At the time they didn't have time to replace the electrical box but informed my husband that it was a fairly simple job and gave him directions on how to do it. They were on time, polite and knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly. They also honored an Angie's List $25 coupon which took the cost from $125 to $100. I would call them again if we have any other septic problems.

They got us an appointment the next day. He was on time and very professional, I will use them again when I need them on our new house

They are actually coming back out to do some work. Everything was great. The service was excellent. The guy was right and gave me an accurate quote, which was important. The price was just about right. He was honest and he told me what he thought. He delivered exactly what he told me he would deliver. They came back out to do some work to clean out the system. He was very professional and I could tell that he knew his business. He immediately addressed the problem right away. Everything went very, very smoothly He even said he would send me an invoice which I was a little surprised by. They answered the phone and showed up right on time. They were very knowledgeable about the work and were not condescending. They didn't talk down to me. He told me the facts as they were and gave me the options. He helped me understand how to make the right decision.

The individual on the phone was very informative and nice. Once the technician got here, he was very prompt and courteous. He did the inspection and suggested the UV light needed to be replaced. He then gave us options to perform the replacement ourselves or the estimated cost for them to perform it. We ended up going with them to take care of the replacement.

They guy that came was super helpful. He explained parts of the septic system to us and what to do for situations and what to look out for. He was really honest.
