Mark and his workers were prompt in everything they did. Great work for a reasonable price. We were kind of under the gun to have the work performed, so he picked up the remaining needed materials and they even scheduled to come out and do the work on a Saturday morning to get it taken care of. Great job and would definitely use their services again.

These guys are great! Mark came & took measurement & went with us to Lowe's to order the material for replacement deck & railing. We didn't have to run back & forth all the time. That was great! Ramone & Matt are both good hard workers & know what they are doing. They cleaned up the area each day before leaving. I didn't have to puck up anything. Our deck pattern has several angles in it & these guys made it look easy. Everything looks great. We gave been enjoying it sense with friends who have commented on how great it looks.

We love our new deck. We have a very large deck & have used it many times for large get togethers. They guys were here promptly every morning & cleaned up after themselves each day. I also had them do a few extra odd jobs around the house that needed to be done. I would definitely hire again.

Mark & Ramon did a wonderful job. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all kinds of questions. He is quite knowledgeable and was willing to explain the details of how he would get the job done. Mark & Ramon arrived on time with all the materials they needed already procured. They prepped the workspace by covering the floors and verifying what we talked about on the phone (load bearing wall that needed to be removed and a beam installed with hangers). As they worked, they noticed that we have vaulted ceilings and that the load bearing wall wasn't actually bearing the weight of the roof (rather, it was just weight of the rafters for the ceiling to hang from). This was a great catch and really helped us understand that we were sitting on a gem! While we could've added scope to the project by removing the rafters, there was no pressure from Mark. He just let us know what we had and that he would be willing to do it whenever we were ready. Mark & Ramon finished the job the same day and did a great job cleaning up the debris from the demo. Considering we demolished a wall, you could hardly tell they were ever there. I would highly recommend Mark again and look forward to working with him in the future.

Mark is the BEST. We had some fairly extensive damage caused to our home (by a large dumpster rolling off a truck!) and the garage interior and an exterior wall had to be repaired/rebuilt. Mark and his crew handled the project from soup to nuts and did a fantastic job. This included re-pouring a portion of the foundation, re-framing a wall, drywall, replacing siding and exterior masonry and replacing the garage door and tracks. Throughout the process Mark was extremely professional, prompt and easy to communicate with. He handled the entire project expertly and we were confident every step of the way that he was going to get the project done on time and the right way. I was also very impressed with Mark's eye for detail - he did an amazing job of matching our existing siding and masonry, which I had been worried about (he literally went the extra mile to get us the right siding - driving way out of town to track it down!). We are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire Mark again!!

Mark worked with us throughout the planning stages and the remodel. He made suggestions when he felt necessary and they always turned out better and more economical than our original plan. He and his crew were punctual, hard working and friendly. This was our first experience with a contractor. We had heard all the war stories about contractors. None of them were true when it came to Mark. His work ethic was exceptional. He made sure we were happy with each phase of the work as he was performing it. The quality of his work was tremendous. Some examples:. He rebuilt our existing fireplace, which was very dated, and made it the showpiece of our living room. Our kitchen and dining room turned out wonderful. We have received complements from everyone. They couldn't believe the difference from the original area. We now have a beautiful bedroom with walk-in closet and a luxurious master bath, including an extra large shower/steam room. He also built a large back deck to replace a cement slab. It has a beautiful arbor and a center area for a fountain and flowers. He coordinated all the electrical, plumbing, siding and roofing. All the additional vendors did excellent work under his guidance. If we ever need to have any additional work completed, we will not hesitate to call Mark again. We have already recommended him to friends who are considering remodeling. JC Goodman

This is the second project I've hired Mark for and it went really well. Below are some bullet points of the process: - We started with an estimate. I was happy with the estimate so, we decided to move forward with the project. - Mark scheduled our project - he's pretty busy so there was about a 2.5 month wait period from getting the estimate to starting the project - During the 2.5 months wait I sent mark pictures and ideas of what I was thinking for the bathroom remodel. He gave me advice on different things. I ended up buying several of the items before construction began (toilets, fans, vanities, faucets), which helped in later choosing the tile and the lighting. - On the Saturday before construction we met with Mark at Home Depot to decide on which tile was best for our project. - Construction started the following Monday. The first day was mostly demolition of the old bathroom. - Mark kept me informed of the process and any issues as they arose. - When he took up the old shower pan in the master bathroom, he found rotten wood and had to replace the sub-floor and part of the wall. - When he replaced the light fixture in the main bathroom he found that the original wiring was speaker wire (which is evidently dangerous), which he replaced. - When he thought he was finished with our project - he found that the shower in the master bath was still not working (not his fault, it wasn't working before he started the job and I told him that a plumber told me we needed to have a new shower valve installed to fix it, which ultimately was not the case). He ended up having to re-route the plumbing to fix the problem, which added an extra day to the project. - Mark knows we are on a budget and when the project got a little bigger than we anticipated, he agreed to work with us on making payments. - Mark is the best, I trust his advice, I am confident he cares about my project and my budget. He is the contractor I contact first for my projects!
