Description of Work: The service man cleaned the insert and the fireplace. He found what the problem was and fixed it. He was very good at his job.

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment for a gas fireplace cleaning on an Angie's special. The appointment was set, and the worker showed up as scheduled. He not only cleaned the fireplace, but he explained what he was doing and then took the time to show me how to re-light the pilot light so I can use it when the weather gets cold. Very nice young man who really enjoys his job and had great customer service. I would use them again, definitely.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used this provider. This time they replaced a fan on my gas fireplace. The first time they cleaned it...approximately 18 months ago. Both times they were very responsive, on time, and kept the area they were working clean. I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: RCS cleaned and repaired our gas fireplace insert, which has not functioned since we purchased the home in 2012. They actively worked to find a solution that did not involve new parts or replacing the unit. From the time they arrived, they were courteous, clean, and professional. This is a solid team and I only wish I had tracked them down sooner!

Description of Work: A nice young man came RIGHT ON TIME, very politely took off his shoes so he |wouldn't dirty the carpet, brought in a blanket to spread out so vacuum and other |tools wouldn't dirty the area. He tested everything and cleaned the fireplace and |explained what he was doing. He worked diligently and answered all our questions. |We would DEFINITELY use this provider again! :)

RCS serviced my gas fireplace and did a thorough job. Tech was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We used a big deal for a gas fireplace cleaning and tune-up. We also purchased a chimney cleaning. The tech was prompt and courteous. He was able to clarify some concerns/confusion over how this fireplace may have been used by a previous owner of our new home.

The inspection confirmed that a chimney sweep was in order. The gas fire now looks and works better. The technician also fixed the glass doors that were off track. Description of Work: They removed front of fireplace insert. The front glass was cleaned and replaced, and the logs were removed and cleaned and replaced. They vacuumed inside and out, and put everything back together. All components were inspected and declared in good working order.

Description of Work: After cleaning my gas fireplace insert for the second year in a row, it was determined the insert needed some parts. I believe it was approx. a month between the time the parts were ordered at the time of cleaning, until the parts could be installed. One of the parts didn't come in or wasn't ordered so I am waiting until the middle of this month for that part to be installed. A mutually agreeable date and time couldn't be reached until then. They are very friendly, professional, and fair, but the amount of time between the start of the job to its finish has been roughly 2 months.

Description of Work: I had RCS service my gas insert fireplace. It hadn't been used in over a year, not since I bought the home. I didn't have the fireplace inspected at time of purchase so we unsure of condition. The service man came, was very professional, showed me how it worked, inspected it, cleaned it up, it looks great! I was very happy with the service.
