Description of Work: My gas fireplace was not turning on. The RCS fireplace service staff came, was careful with handling my fireplace unit , tested and diagnosed and replaced the module. He even vacuumed inside my fireplace and wiped the dusty wirings. He tested the newly installed module, gave me tips for maintaining warranty. |The receptionist in the office was very pleasant and accommodating, she was respectful and sounded nice when spoke to via phone.

Description of Work: Appointment, punctuality, service, professionalism all good. Reason I did not give A rating is because I could not get a hold of them after the service. They found a part that I wanted to purchase and I missed their phone call. When I tried to call them back, I tried all of the phone numbers I had for them and the calls would not go through. Almost like they weren't in business anymore?
