Description of Work: Puget systems created a sound-proof computer to add to my home theatre system. Their engineers worked with me to find out my needs, and helped me create the right mix of components to meet the task. During production, I was kept informed as to the build of the computer system, and production and delivery were within time estimates. I received the system in very careful packaging. The system itself has performed flawlessly since day one, and is truly sound-proof. The customer service has been second to none, including a followup conversation to ensure the PC is continuing to perform as expected. Puget creates custom personal computers for many needs, and they took my needs very carefully and delivered an excellent solution.

Description of Work: We bought a desktop system from Puget Systems about 2 years ago. We have been so pleased with the quality and performance of the system that when it came time to buy our son's laptop for college last month we didnt hesitate to buy from this company. They have a wonderful web site that allows you to custom make your equipment. If you dont feel comfortable doing that, they have experts to walk you through the process and will design a system that is just right for your needs. A big plus for us was the lifetime tech support that comes with their equipment. They are easily accessible and pleasant and helpful to speak with. We have never regretted spending the extra money for custom equipment. It has been well worth the expense.

Description of Work: I found Puget Systems on the internet while Googling for a "Quiet PC". They feature PC that are much quieter than main stream PC vendors. I had them install noise attenuation equipment in my current computer (Athlon Phenom Quad 970 @ 3.5 GHz with 8 GB RAM) which I use for make HD videos. The most expensive part of the retrofit was a fanless graphics board. My PC now is virtually inaudible, It can't be heard, unless you listen for it very carefully from about 3 feet away. Even then is is less than a whisper. My goal was accomplished. I've compared Puget Systems' component prices to area competitors and found them to be quite competitive. There systems are a good value for the money. I plan to buy my next desktop from them.

Description of Work: No charge warranty repair of cooling fan failure. I have three custom built computers from Puget and have dealt with them a minimum of 5 years. This warranty repair is a rare occurrence as their components are selected for reliability. Repair was handled quickly and efficiently. Note that repair of their computers is labor free for life. I also have had an HP computer repaired by them with good results.
