Great. I called that I had this problem, drove over there, and they repaired it while I watched. Can't get any better than that!

I can respect that Puget Systems does not honor requests regarding equipment not purchased through them, but it would have need nice if the lady who took the call could have been a bit more polite, and not just slammed the phone down in my ear. In the old days, when two parties ended a call, it was customary to say, "Goodbye".

They were all around great throughout the whole process. They advised me on which hardware to get, which to avoid and how to achieve what I set out to get: a high-end workstation that is whisper-quiet. They delivered on that and 6 months in, I am still very happy with my purchase,

Their support is above and beyond what is so typical these days. Purchased my computer from them way back in November or 2009. Never had any problems with it until this past May. I had trouble getting it to start up, them when it did, it would freeze up and/or not shut down. I was about ready to start from scratch and re-install everything on a new hard drive but decided to contact Puget Systems first. The tech doubted there was a problem with my hard drive and sent me a diagnostic tool to run. Turns out the problem was a faulty peripheral plugged into the computer. It doesn't seem like much, but after 4.5 years, they were willing to help me diagnose the problem and answer any questions. If necessary, they would have helped me with installing the new hard drive and restoring the files.They saved me both time and money for no charge. I've dealt with too many tech companies that do just the opposite. I won't buy from anyone else.

I wanted to build a custom-built system with the parts that need my specifications and they had everything that I wanted put into the system. I looked at them and looked around. They weren't exactly the cheapest. The quality of the craftsmanship that I got through them was superb! It was unbelievably great. My interaction with them was really, really good. They kept me aware every step in the way when they got the order, "We've got all the parts" "We've got it assembled" "We're testing it" "Okay and now it's up" They grabbed some measurements of the overall performance. They sent all that to me. They followed up couple of days after I got it. I did have some minor problems where the 5 in 1 card reader that came with it didn't want to work. We replaced it and that took care of the problem.

Puget Systems is a great company. They helped me configured the systems. I basically gave them what I wanted and they came through with flying colors. It's the quietest, most powerful system I've had for the first one. For the second one, was a purchase for my wife and she's real happy with it. The customer support is persuaded, I didn't have a problem with the first system for about nine months after I bought it and they upgraded it at their cost. They really tested around. I will definitely use them again.

Bottom line - by the time I commited to Puget I knew exactly what I was purchasing and why I needed it! When the purchase was made their exceptional service had just began - I had immediate access to see the progress of my very own computer build via their website with details of each step including pictures and testing results. Unbelievable service, amazing online detail of my order/components and continuous communications throughout the build and since the system was delivered (earlier than projected!) I can not say enough about Puget Systems over-the-top service, online experience and system performance - 1000% exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend their services and will never purchase a product from Dell, HP, etal ever again. I expect my new custom Puget Systems desktop to satisfy my needs for many years to come and highly recommend them to anyone! Their computing products are very well-made and well-designed. I have purchased three PC laptops from their over the years and have not been disappointed. They are also extremely responsive in terms of service and support.

It has been sixty days since I received my new computer and the machine is operating flawlessly. I needed a powerful computer that could also be portable and Puget Systems was able to fill that need. The order was completed on time and being able to watch the build process was reassuring. I am always leery of dealing with online businesses but I would not hesitate to order another computer from Puget Systems.

They build great machines and stand behind them. The last computer they built me lasted 9 years. The new one is great so far. It is well worth the extra money over Dell, Sony, etc. and one can choose the specific components included.

They even recycled the old laptop, while giving me back the old hard drive. Definitely would use them again!

My husband is an IT professional and is extremely demanding. Puget has customized our computers to his specifications. Their prices are fair and competitive. They have satisfied him completely, and he says he would not buy a computer from anyone else now.

I had lots of questions and they answered them promptly and politely. They didn't upsell and infact suggested I downgrade a component that was more than my system needed. After receiving the PC I had a small problem with the ethernet connection and I received some good advice on resolving it.

Made recommendations based on intended use. Really top quality equipment.

It was excellent! They are very good. They are a very responsive company. They clearly know what they are doing and unlike many custom computer builders they are business oriented not gaming oriented.

It turned out wonderfully! I am very happy with the end result. They even called me to follow up on the service. They are great people and easy to work with. I have been working with computers since 1967 and I am very capable of building my own, but they are EXPERTS. They build whisper quite computers, so quite you don?t even know they?re on. The price was very reasonable for what I got. They use high quality products and in fact, I don?t know how they charge so low considering the price. I refer them to other people and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quite computer.

It was really good. They are not cheap, but they provide a high end product. Relative to high end products like Mac, they are very competitive. They use only top of the line components and they won’t sell you what you don’t need. They do their own bench mark tests. Their knowledge of the programs I use drew me to them. They know software and what you have to do to get the best performance out of a computer. They are an excellent company.

It turned out well. The computer runs well and is quiet. I purchased the computer online and the service was great. Overall, it was a positive experience.

You wouldn't believe this company. You can go to the website and pick out what you want. They've got reviews for every single part. They've got details and customer reviews on previous systems and recommendations. They really kind of walk you through it. The slick thing is once you buy it, on their website under your account, it shows everything that's happening. It shows that Bob starting working on it and putting it together. They show you all the results of all these tests they run. They take pictures and thermal imaging that shows you how the computer works under a significant load. It's a kind of tracker and you can watch it going through the process. When you pick it up, they've got a binder with all your cd's in it, all the instructions on how to recover if something happens, all the manuals that came with the stuff that was put into your computer. I can't even believe the feedback on their website. That was really, really cool. It's a weekend guy, the office closes at 6. They go online to answer your emails at night. I sent them an email like at 11 o'clock and got a response.

Delighted with the service I received at Puget Systems. This morning I took my homebuilt PC in to have a problem diagnosed. Scott, I believe was his name, was the technician who helped me. He found a power switch connector to the motherboard that had worked its way loose, reconnected it then tacked it with some hot glue so it wouldn?t work loose again, found a CPU power supply plug that hadn?t been connected as it should have been, and even blew out the case with the air compressor. With the Angie?s list coupon for a free diagnostic (+ 10% discount on work), they did not charge me anything. All this was done in a few minutes while I waited. I also appreciated their professionalism and courteous manner.

The service was good. I had a lot of confidence based on the reviews I read. They are known to be right there to help you if ever needed. However, I have not any problems or needed any help so far. The computers have been great since day one. They were also nice to deal with.

Everyone I dealt with knew what they were talking about.

It was delivered to me and it works fine. It was an easy process and it was well managed.
