Description of Work: Marty and Stacy Degele, owners, provided outstanding service from the estimate and scheduling to the followup. Their crew did fantastic work on a rather complex job. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I would certainly recommend them for any future work.

Description of Work: Marty gave me an estimate and explained everything to me. My concrete tile roof needed major maintenance work. They cleaned and treated the entire roof, re-worked 40' of valley and 50'of tiles and flashing over entry way that was leaking. Replaced 2 skylights, replaced flashing on two chimneys and replaced 40 broken field tile. The work was performed in a professional manner and the quality is excellent. Marty's crew was very courteous and expert. Northwest Tile will be doing scheduled maintenance for me from now on.

Description of Work: The crew arrived a fifteen minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work. My husband and I are perfectionists and were delighted with the work ethic, quality of work and end of the job appearance of our roof, deck, patio and yard. There was a lot of debris that came off the roof but nothing was damaged and all debris went onto tarps that they had spread and was removed. The onsite lead clearly answered questions with accurate information. When it rained the gutters were clear of debris. All in all our expectations were exceeded. The price was consistent with the written estimate. We are glad we chose this company from Angie's List and will use them again.

Description of Work: I have a tile roof. They were really efficient and fixed that. They also gave me a proposal for cleaning the roof and we will have them come back to clean the roof before me move.

Description of Work: Needed cleaning and repair done to my tile roof. Had numerous roofing companies come out to bid and most said that tile roofs were a specialty and recommended Northwest Tile. Marty, the owner came out a produced the following work order: broom entire roof for moss and debris removal; apply bleach solution on entire roof; cleaned gutters; removed and reinstalled 120' of tile in valley/remove lugs from tile/clean flashing; removed and repaired tile from around 2x4 and 2x2 skylight; reinstall metal saddles; removed and reinstalled tile around 3 chimneys removing lugs/clean flashing; extend one 1.5" plumbing through roof; supply and installed new plywood at left dormer area by gable/supplied and installed one layer of ice & water shield/installed diverter at left corner dormer; replaced 30 broken tiles leaving balance of tile supply with owner. | |Was informed that this was a two day job. Crew arrived on time and began work immediately. As predicated the crew needed to return next day to finish. Crew did not return next day. Was informed by company that they were on a job that took longer than expected. They returned promptly on Monday with the owner who supervised. The owner (Marty) explained what had happened and apologized for the minor delay. He also reduced the fee to underscore his sincerity. I was very pleased with their work and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Description of Work: CLEANED MY ROOF AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. MY SKYLIGHTS WERE NOT PROPERLY FLASHED, AND THE WATER IS GETTING UNDERNEATH THE FLASHING. HE REPLACED BROKEN TILES, REPAIRED THE RIDGE LAYER, INSTALLED VENTS. I HAVE USED HIM THREE TIMES.
