First of all, I called them at 7 pm and there was a person on the other end who immediately connected me with a technician. They were polite, cheerful, and easy to communicate with. Aaron was there the very next day, exactly within the time frame provided, and fixed the problem very quickly (a popsicle stick in the garbage disposal!). He also noticed that the air gap and the dishwasher weren't properly installed, and took care of that as well. He was so polite and explained everything. I would use these guys anytime and recommend them to anyone!

The employee arrived on time, was very polite, and was efficient. I declined the 30-point inspection as my daughter was waking from a nap. I was very satisfied.

Just as I expected, really nothing to complain about.

It went fine. He did exactly what the deal said he would do. The price was reasonable.

The guy who came out from Drain Away Plumbing pointed out some things that needed work but he didn't push me into doing them right away. He approached me in a very professional way by telling me that those things needed to be taken care of but were not an emergency. It was overall a good experience.

They came out and inspected all the plumbing system in the house, worked extremely thorough and also checked the water heater. I guess, he also gave me a lot of great ideas and seemed to be have very high integrity and I would use them again in the future.

My shower wasn't working properly, the hot water wasn't working. I called Drain Away after hours to schedule an appointment, and they called me back right away! They said they would come out the next day and fix it. I asked if I needed to get any parts or anything they said no , they would figure it out when they came out. Matt arrived on time the next morning, figured out it was a valve problem, had the part on is truck and fixed it! Was done in less than an hour and I had a hot shower again! Matt even took extra time to see if I had a coupon as an Angies list member or some other discounts available to me. I will be calling them if i ever need plumbing again, and will reccommend them to anyone else/.

I thought they had a good service. The technician was good. He even went under the crawl space under the house. The only thing I did not like was when they sent the estimate they included the water heater when the water heater was being rented. Other then that he was very thorough.

Aaron was great: on time, explained the whole deal, replaced the parts, showed me the bad parts, looked at my other shower and discussed options to replace that fixture. I was very pleased.

I called this company since they were highly rated on Angie's list. Needed to have an outside hosebib repaired/replaced as it would not turn off properly. They came out the same day I called and Matt was on time. After reviewing the current situation, Matt suggested it would be better to replace the hosebib and I fully supported that suggestion. He told me the pricing which I thought was reasonable. He was in and out of here in just over an hour. I am completely satisfied with parts and service I received. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I called this company as they were highly rated in Angie's List. I had some plumbing fixtures I wanted to replace and a garbage disposal to replace. I had purchased some American Standard fixtures to replace existing ones. The plumber said that America Standard was not the best to use, which I appreciated knowing and was confirmed by another plumber later. I returned these items to the store. However, I did have them give me bids for labor to replace the fixtures. I thought the prices were terribly high. I needed a garbage disposal installed that I had purchased so I had them do that. The price of $263 I thought was high but needed it done. The plumber was friendly and appeared competent. My main disappointment was the price.

Better than expected - WAY better. As mentioned in the services detail, the problem still exists but I'm in a much better place to deal with it now thanks to these guys!

The plumbing Inspection was done thoroughly. The technician found several small issues and gave estimates for them. One issue was the higher-than-usual water pressure, and another is the incorrect installation of sink dispenser. He also flushed the water heater. $59 was totally worth it.

They also gave me an estimate on replacing the offending old portion of the line. I opted to wait on that but will probably have it done in the future so I won't have this problem again. They were respectful and courteous, and I would use them again.

Aaron arrived promptly and I was relieved to find him friendly and no-pressure. I would have enjoyed talking to him the rest of the day and plan to hire him to replace our pipes when we get ready to do that.

Matt did a great job; he was punctual and professional. He arrived, told me where the problem existed, fixed it, showed me exactly what he fixed and showed me the faulty piping that was removed. Nice job!

I originally purchased the plumbing inspection and water heater flush as an Angie's List Big Deal for $59. I knew I had other plumbing issues that needed attention and the plumbing inspection did not reveal anything new. I felt the prices were on the high side because they were listed as a flat fee as opposed to materials + labor cost. But since he was already at my house, I just decided to have him do the work. This method of generating more revenue by getting a plumber into the house via a cheap coupon probably works a lot of the time like it worked on me! They do offer a warranty on their work so that did justify some of the extra cost. I think I could have saved half the cost by purchasing my own parts from the hardware store and hiring a handy man to install. I paid $133 per toilet to have the internal parts and water supply line replaced on three toilets. These parts can be purchased at a hardware store for around $15-$25 per toilet and it took about 20 minutes per toilet or 1 hour of labor. I may have gotten my money's worth because I had to call back and utilize the work guaranty on one of the toilets which was still running after the parts were all replaced. The plumber had to come out two more times. The first time he replaced the flap and it was still running intermittently. The second time he figured out that there was a problem with the metal lever which caused it to hang open instead of falling closed. Both of the follow up house calls were at no charge. I did feel bad about having to call and have them come out twice more because they are located out in Auburn and I am in Bothell so it's a long drive. I also had a kitchen sink installed that I bought myself from Costco and a shower cartridge replaced. I have not had any problems with either of these after installation. My plumber, Matt, was very personable and professional, showed up on time, finished the work in a timely manner and was the same person to perform my two follow up visits. I still have non-urgent plumbing issues that need attention and my husband tackled a few that we felt we wanted to save money on (he replaced our disposal and the air gap for the dish washer). Not sure if I would hire Drain Away again due to the cost and because they are physically far away from me and I feel bad having to call and have them come out to exercise the work warranty.

Plumber showed up on time, was professional and polite, performed the flush and gave info on hot water heater replacement. Good job, no problems.

We started getting backwash from the washing machine drain pipe while doing laundry or using the kitchen sink on Sunday. Called Drain Away early Monday morning and they said they could have someone out to the house within 90 minutes. Aaron arrived an hour later, asked a couple of question and snaked out the pipe. We then ran the rinse cycle on the washer and had the kitchen sink water running to make sure the pipe clog was gone. This is the fourth or fifth time we have used Drain Away (the first time since becoming Angie's List members) and have high praise for Aaron and Drain Away Plumbing

The work was done to my satisfaction. There has been no more leakage. The price seems high for the amount of work that was done. It only took 15 minutes and there were only 4 pipes replaced. But I am sure what you're paying for is the accurate diagnosis and correction of the problem.

Plumber arrived on time, very friendly, professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. He even had some suggestions for some general plumbing questions that I had for the future. Extremely satisfied with Drain Away. Will definitely call them again!
