Description of Work: I needed to have flashing install on my chimney as part of a roofing project. I asked Chris to take a look at my chimney and he discovered that it was actually a stone covering over wood. He said that he could certainly do the work but it would be more expensive then just having it recovered in wood. He also said that in my case the wood would be more weather proof. I took his recommendation and had the chimney covering completed in wood. Although I did not use his services, I was extremely impressed with his honesty and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone that needs masonry work. .

Description of Work: When Chris came out we could tell right away that he was professional as well as honest. The chimney on our roof was falling apart. He gave recommendations and an estimate, then brought us brick samples. We could not be happier. the chimney looks amazing now. We had a cheaper estimate from someone else, but I could tell that what was recommended by the other person would look terrible. Chris is not pushy, but gives you the information you want so that you can take your time to decide. We will definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed two chimneys (one was 2 stories high). Replaced cement cap on tall chimney. Fixed cracked or missing mortar.

Description of Work: We had an issue with are fireplace chimney and thought we could repair it. Chris Arndt came out and advised us of tearing it out completely. At this time we are in the middle of a remodel and when we get to the fireplace will definatly contact Chris to do the masonary work. He was honest and it saved us a ton of money.

Description of Work: I called for help with my fireplace, and Chris explained he does masonry and not what I wanted. He took the time to explain the difference to me and to recommend someone else to do the work. He took the time to look up their number for me and even told me if they couldn't make it for any reason to call him back and he would at least stop by and check out my fireplace for safety, for free, until WE could find someone to help me. He's my kind of business man. Willing to help and go the extra mile even if it doesn't make him money. I will keep his number handy for when I need mason work done. Thanks Chris, you rock! Arlene
