Description of Work: The provider did an okay job clearing my clogged shower drain.He then provided me with a bill for the service and I paid same with a check.I noticed that Angie's charged my credit card account which became a double payment for the same job. I attempted to get the provider to return the amount that I paid him,several times with no luck.I finally got Angie's to attempt the same function with the same results.After the attempts failed it was Angie's who credited my account back and prevented the double payment.I was most impressed with Angie's List standing behind their agreement,especially as a new account. I look forward to dealing with you again as I am pleased with the way I was treated by Angie's personnel. Thanks! Bob Oliver

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected main sewer line. Came up with a plan to prevent future issues. Straight forward and practical.

Description of Work: I attempted to contact them several times and never heard back to schedule work for a deal that I purchased.

Description of Work: I called and they came promptly. They did my septic drain field. Told me one price and my dad who was there overlooking the project another price. After a few phone calls they did bring back me a check cause I had over paid. Since my father was there before hand he had brought some of his tools. Chris took all my dads tools also and to this day had not returned them. I have called several times to try and get tools. Not an honest person regarding telling two different people two different prices and not returning tools. Would not use him again for this reason.

Description of Work: I bought one of the angies list big-deals for 2 hours of jetting and inspection. My initial appointment was missed due to a scheduling snafu with office manager. The worker who came out on the rescheduled day was very informative and pleasant even though the sewer line was toast.

Description of Work: Chris redid a totally botched job from a scam plumber ( Jason is his name.# 253 327 5501 )who not only took our money, but destroyed our trust. Took our money , and lied ...Lied with his child right next to him..We were devistated. Chris came and reviewed, and came in himself with a helper and totally made everything code and right. He did it the right way, using the right stuff, and could not have been more clear and honest. Jason left a mess..had us a mess.So if you want honesty, at a fair price..and do not expect stupidly cheap..(nobody GOOD works for stupid cheap...!) hire Chris. We will for anything we need. Lesson learned. Find an honest service provider..and never let him go.
