I had very quick polite service. The crew that put on my roof was the hardest working bunch I've ever seen. They started right on time, worked all day from 8 til about 3 30 with no break. Then they took a 15 minute lunch break and got right back at it, working until dark! Upon completion they cleaned everything up, like nothing had happened. They also had to deal with an unfriendly neighbor, but did it in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to others, and I will have them back for my next project.

Joey did an awesome job. His team did very professional work. Installed two new windows, installed some new siding and replaced the trim around the windows outside. It looks great, I would recommend his service to anyone and I look forward to using his company in the future.

Joey was quick to respond to my quote request. He provided a fair quote and worked around my family's schedule as my wife was 8.5 months pregnant and we needed our siding job done before our baby came. He explained the work to be done and why it was needed. He did not oversell any services. We have an older home which caused a few last minute changes. He discussed the issues and the options as soon as he found them. His communication was great throughout. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. I plan on using Joey and High Cascade Homes for my future home improvement projects.

Joey was great about getting my project scheduled and then keeping me updated about the company's progress with the two projects ahead of mine so I knew exactly when they would start on my roof. His crew was prompt, hard-working, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I recommend this company without hesitation and plan on using them again for another project.

High Cascade Homes did a fabulous job matching the beveled cedar siding and new window trim on my new addition to the original siding and trim on the old house. Joey was very responsive when I called for an estimate as well as once work began. He got the job done quickly and professionally, and he always touched base to ask if I was happy with how things were proceeding. I recommend them!

They need babysitting while they do a job. Belittling me since their workers had to come back out multiple times to fix things they broke or did not fix right. . Blames others for their worker and owners fault. Bad. Beyond bad. 9 times out and my fault ? Immature and workers do not speak English. Beyond disgusting. This company started 9/2/2020. This is 12/2/2020 and now their incompetent workers have returned for the 9th time to fix a noisy flapper or leak. Did not finish the job. I had to babysit them. Frequently called the half-owner Joey since his partner is a silent owner and his brother went to another company to work or was told that. They do not mask up and/or pull their masks down when in my home last 2 visits going into my attic.. (Beyond upset with them) Joey bribed me to remove my BBB report on them. Had to contact the company who makes these products to understand the warranty. The mistakes and damage they did were/is overwhelming. They shingled over my fan vent. They almost did not replace the boards before new shingles went up. The roofline for the caps was uneven. They damaged some of my aluminum sidings and did not want to fix it but did repair it eventually and only some of it. . Their workers urinated all over my grounds. Their workers do not follow state laws on taking breaks or lunch, work straight through the whole day which gave my roof line a half inch off and now esp Covid masking up guidelines. I may be infected if his workers are infected... They do not speak English, one of the workers they call Frankie tried to intimidated me last night by laying on my roof with an object next to him which was odd. He then got up raising him hands all over the place yelling at someone on the phone while I was embarrassed for my neighbors. Joey was supposed to be here WHEN their workers are, instead, he was busy with his friend whose car was taken He never showed up when he was suppose to manage his workers . So of course, now I have their workers thinking wearing masks is not warranted in My home. I get yelled at by Joey. He hangs up on me thinking I want free work done. Get a text he is done? If Only they did the right job the first time and not keep damaging. Oh, and my roof fan is duct-taped to the roof now with 1 screw...They shingled over the vent and I was getting dripping sounds after installing a new fan. I cannot wait for a leak or the guaranteed 150 mph will do no damage for 50 yrs. with a warranty when now I am to never contact them again And now, since posting this review, I am threatened with legalities. Geeze.. Been a nightmare and continues to be. Who comes out 9 times and the job still not done. Beware. Hire at your own risk!

I had a wonderful experience working with High Cascade Homes, Joey and Sam were extremely professional, good communicators, and early or on time for appointments. I am extremely happy with the roofing job they did on my separated garage and anticipate using them for many further projects on my home. They explain the whole process, described different material options, did not pressure me to use the higher price options and I felt were very honest. The job was done quickly, and the worksite was thoroughly cleaned to the point where you wouldnâ t know that they had been there except for the new roof. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
