The manager was personable and a a man of his words. The team were friendly, efficient and clean. The also provided tips during the install that made the job look better than originally specified.

I called and left a voice mail with services wanted and looking for an estimate. Stated I saw ad in Angieslist magazine. I never received a phone call back.

It went very well! Cary did a good job to walk us thru how the work will be done and asked us to give our neighbors a head up given the driveway to our house is quite small. We were out of town the week the work was performed. Cary sent us the pictures with our wonderful backyard once the job was done. And when we gor back we had a very nice new yard to enjoy.

Very well! Cary and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and went right to work. The entire crew were very hard workers and their expertise was evident. They were also very polite and, at the end of the job, did a thorough clean up. Cary was on the job every day to oversee the job and to see if we had any questions. The work was completed in the time promised and we were very pleased with the results.

Could not be any happier with the job they did and the kind of people they are.

I called to get a job done quickly because I was having an outdoor Wedding Shower at my new house. I needed dirt, sand, and pavers on the patio replaced from a trench the electrician dug to run wiring for a Tesla charger from the house to the detached garage. Cary got it done the very next day. Freddie and his crew were fast, neat, and did a perfect job! Thanks you guys!

It exactly as I could have hoped. They came in with a solid price, beating out the two other companies I had bid the project. They came in on time and the finished product looks excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends. Really great experience.

The whole process was reassuring and trouble free from the opening consultation to the final review. Cary is a strait shooter who told us up front how his company operates and was completely transparent about costs, materials, and time to complete. The end result was a no-stress relationship and an absolutely stunning series of stone walkways and terrace walls. My expectations were exceeded in every way, as the job was completed at an earlier time than first estimated, and the crew was respectful and professional, and the end product was beautiful. It was a difficult job in that they had to manage a slope, contain rain runoff, and engineer a fairly complicated pathway with multiple elevation changes, and they made it appear seamless. Cary made sure that we felt we were a priority and checked in frequently with us to make sure that our needs were being met, and that we felt appreciated. The price was very competitive, the product was a top quality, and the service was excellent. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The entire project took about five days to complete. It is now the "oasis" I had hoped it would be. The crew was hard working, polite, and respectful of my neighbors and left the area very clean and picked up all materials after the work was completed. I will use Cary's services in the future if I make other changes needing his expertise.

Cary's bid was far below a large company. Cary was punctual and I felt confident in Cary and his company. The crew was professional, polite and very hard working. They cleaned up end of each day. Cary even had a very nice and strong metal grate put in to access the crawl space without additional cost. He and his crew were very accommodating to us asking some additional work without additional cost. I didn't feel like he was pinching us with every dime and nickel like some big companies. He also was available immediately whenever we had questions. He took time to explain in every step of way. I am confident he will take care of any problem that may arise down the line. I would highly recommend Cary and his team to do any paving project. I look forward to work with them again in the future.

Cary and his crew were great. Cary aims to please and I never once was worried about the progress of the project. I also feel confident that if anything should go wrong (im sure it won't) or have questions, Cary will be here to make it right. I can't say that about any other business I've worked with. They take pride in their work and it shows! My backyard is beautiful!

Cary was responsive and prompt. He had some great design suggestions and gave us a catalog to view the different styles of pavers. He had a great crew who showed up on time and cleaned up afterward.

Carey and the team from RIOS Pavers were incredible. Carey was very transparent when providing a bid and very competitive. Carey was onsite almost every day making sure work was on schedule and to our liking. The team did very high quality work and met every expectation that I had and more. I consider myself pretty picky and I am willing to pay a premium for quality work. My experience with Carey was one where I got a fair price and quality craftsmanship.

I simply cannot say enough about Cary and System Pavers--they were phenominal!!!! Not only did they perform the job beautifully, but they were courteous and pleasant throughout. The installers even did a few extra things for me pleasantly and without charge. Cary came by at least once a day to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied--we are more than delighted with the end product and I sing their praises to all my friends!!

Extraordinarily well -- from the getting a bid process to ripping up asphalt to prep work/laying down of pavers/clean-up. There was a large crew here every day for about 10 days, every one with a task, and very well organized and supervised. They designed the pavers to fit a compound set of slopes, and suggested that we elevate the grade about 5 inches to eliminate a step from driveway to walkway -- this worked out brilliantly. These guys appear to handle curvilinear edges differently from other outfits, in that they lay the pavers in concrete at the edges and use a concrete saw to make the curves in situ. At the end of the job, there was one cracked paver -- which was immediately replaced. I had only one gripe: the discounts offered on the Angie's list website were not honored. Their overall bid, however, was half of the highest bid, from a national chain that does pavers installation.

The project went very well. We really love our new patio! And I highly recommend Cary and his team! Cary is a wonderful and honest guy! In our first appointment, he came to my house on time and listened to my plan and did detail measurement and gave me very good suggestions. He explained the process clearly step by step with photos. And he also showed me photos for his previous jobs which looks great. He gave me the quote onsite and which is very reasonable. Cary told me there is no hidden cost and no pressure moving forward, and he kept his words well. On one side of my patio, it turned out need some step stones which was not included in original estimation, Cary just did them without adding additional charges to us! And also the manufactory prices increased for the retaining wall I chose, but Cary also kept his words, he didn’t add additional charge on the increased price! After I decided to work with Cary, he was able to give me a schedule shortly. And his teams came on time, and worked throughout very professional, exactly as Cary described in our first appointment. The whole project is done in just 4 days, including demo my old deck, did solid preparation works, add paver surrounding to my existing concrete patio, install paver patio and install retaining wall. Cary came to my house every day to make sure the project went well. His team did very well preparations, built solid foundation, installed paver stone and retaining wall well, and cut stones edges very accurate. They also cleaned up work site well. On the one edge of my patio which has two crawlspace vent. Cary built very nice customized vent cover for me. He even came a couple times get the cover done well. The surrounding stone added for my existing concrete patio also looks great! We really love our beautiful new patio!! Again, I highly recommend Cary and his team!

Cary and his team did an excellent job. Cary reviewed the need and came back a week later with a comprehensive plan. Once we signed the contact, Cary told us the approximate date work would begin and the time required to complete. We added to the scope of work and Cary was receptive and adjusted the plan without issue. Clean up was professional. Cary is easy going and made me at ease when I had a question or concern. Result was better than anticipated

The installers were great and responsive. We needed a paver walkway installed to our lower backyard that would also function as emergency water flow over for an existing drain if it got clogged (never has). Required a lot of excavation of existing soil/rock and levels for proper drainage. In the end we achieve a new walkway with emergency flow-over.

This company put installed a side parking strip 42 x 15. It couldn't be better. It is beautiful. All of our neighbors have come by and gawked at the improvement of the area. Everyone in the company are friendly, on time, diligent workers and experts in their field. We have now hired them to continue the work and redo our driveway, patio and new walkway. a++ and then some

It turned out beautiful! I never thought you could love a driveway SO much! Our new driveway has basically turned into another outdoor living space for us. We're constantly getting compliments from neighbors. The curb appeal of our home has increased 100%. Cary and his crew are EXCELLENT! Cary is super knowledgable, friendly and very responsive. His guys are great, very friendly, and meticulous with every last detail. Their services are top notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

It went very, very well. Our patio is once again lovely and we are MOST PLEASED!! Originally called talked to Cary comparing pricing and scheduling. Unlike other companies, he made time for us in an already busy, busy schedule. Since good weather is the key in completing this type of work, Carlos came out and efficiently completed the job within several days--sometimes working well after sundown. We had shopped this job around, and found pricing to be MOST reasonable. All in all, would highly recommend CD PAVER to friends and family.

I echo all the great reviews previously posted. Their bid was very competitive compared to all other five bids I received, their quality of work and work ethics were top notch as well! Cary is the best sales manager I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable, polite, detail oriented and honest. He rolled up his sleeve and got involved as needed at times. I felt I could totally trust him and I am so glad that I made the right choice. The crew was also very polite and punctuate, extremely hard working.
