CD Paver Management

The guys were on time and did beautiful work. After the job was done I spotted a brick with a blemish and they promptly came and replaced it.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that CD Paver Management did on our driveway. The finished product was superb. We appreciated the no pressure sales presentation. All our questions and concerns were addressed both before starting the job and during the work. The crew were very polite and worked really hard to finish quickly so that we had the least amount of time without the use of our driveway and garage. The job site was left clean and the end result was great. We have had many compliments from neighbors and friends. I highly recommend them!

Working with Cary was great from beginning to finish. I really appreciated his low pressure, informative sales pitch on our first meeting. The crew was very friendly, hardworking and left the place as they found it, no garbage to pick up or things of that nature. They were onsite ahead of schedule and finished a day early. the quality was great and I'm very happy with the result. You get what you pay for. They may cost a little more but I think it's worth it. I would definitely use them again.

Cary was very responsive. His team did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. The work took less than 3 weeks. We were extremely worried about tree roots from our heritage small leaf maple (60 years old) under the asphalt. They ended up building up the driveway so thy did not have to dig down.

Very pleased with the results of our driveway, walkways, and patio! Owner Cary is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesperson, explaining the process in great detail. His crews are professionals, with each member knowing both task and timing. We're so glad he suggested adding curves to our layout (at no additional cost!) I highly recommend CD Paver Management!

This was the best company I have had come and do a service at my home. Cary the owner explained what he would do very clearly. He was responsive and punctual. It was refreshing to see someone do exactly what they said. The pricing was reasonable especially for the professional work they do. He also was available the whole time the project was underway. His team was amazing as he said they were they finished my project in 4 days just in time for summer. If you need pavers look no further this is the best company to work with!!

We had originally only contracted for a patio installation and paver overlay on an adjacent porch, thinking we would wait until this job was complete before we initiated action on other paver projects. After watching the installation crew including Carlos, Roger 1, and Roger 2 at work for the first two days, we knew there was no reason to wait. The superior quality of their work, coupled with their work ethic and accommodating manner, led us to expand the contract to include the remaining projects. As is common in construction, there are always some changes that the customer wants to make as the job progresses. Cary and Carlos were not only receptive in receiving our changes, but helped us refine the design of those changes to create a final product that wildly exceeded our expectations. Not only are they easy to work with, they are a true pleasure to work with.

The job went superbly. Not only does Cary, the owner, make your satisfaction his personal goal, but his Honduran work crew were experts. Breaking up and hauling out a foot of concrete is hard work, and the crew did it professionally with not a mark on the house, lawn, or anywhere. Our patio and walks are curved, and the crew cut the pavers in exactly the right series of arcs and curves. When all is done, Cary comes back and touches up any and all fine points, leaving a magnificent final design. When you get excellent quality and a great price, the result for the homeowner is exactly what you want. I would hire Cary's company again in an instant.

The service was excellent from start to finish. They had done a large job for us last year and we had them come back and add a patio and walkway. They started a day earlier than projected and had the job done in a few days. The project included a curved walkway and patio, and the result was gorgeous. Please see pics. Excellent experience with Cary, Carlos & Roger (the installation guy). Cary had all the knowledge required to complete the project. Scheduling, drawings, installation and cleanup all went super smooth and project was completed in 2 weeks flat. Very flexible in changing the scope of project midway. Friendly attitude of all 3 stakeholders and genuinely cared about the work and finishing along with final product. Before selecting the right contractor, I had requested 3 bids and Cary 's bid was reasonable with best quality materials. Other contractors had excuses of having difficult approach way for carrying the materials, but Carlos/Cary 's team managed it flawlessly. Very impressed overall and highly recommend Cary/Carlos team for your landscaping needs.

My wife and I wanted to replace two small cracked concrete patios with a new paver patio that would combine both the upper and lower patios into 1 large patio with steps from the upper to the lower patio. We got 3 bids for the work and we went with CD Paver Management and we are so happy with our decision. Cary, the owner of the company, came to our home to give us a bid. We went over with him what we wanted and he offered helpful suggestions about the shape and size. He took all the measurements and give us a bid right at our home. He gave us a seperate bid for each patio at our request. We decided to just have the upper patio put in this year and plan on adding the second one next year. Cary's crew is top notch. They did an excellent job. They clean up the job site before leaving each day, and take a lot of pride in their work. The shape of our patio has a lot of curves and they do a beautiful job cutting the pavers to get the curves just right. We love our new patio and couldn't be happier with the work CD Paver did. We plan to have them back next year for phase2. The price was also better than the other bids we got.

Cary and his crew are an absolute joy to work with. So professional, knowledgeable, courteous and wonderful to have around. They were very careful to keep gates closed since I have 3 small dogs. They completed this project yesterday and I just got off the phone with Cary and hired them to do another job. They get 5 stars from me or more if I can give more stars. Absolutely A plus all the way!!

They were excellent. They completed the job in less than the time quoted. They made every effort to clean up afterward. The walls turned out better than we hoped!

Cary was referred to us by a friends, and we will refer him to our friends as well. He was very responsive from the start. He sat down with us and explained in detail what he would do and the advantages to working with him. He answered all of our questions. The crew that installed the patio were pros. These guys knew what they were doing. They made all the difference. They went above and beyond. They were on time and cleaned up every day. We we really enjoyed having them around. There were a couple of issues as there always are with projects on this old house and the lead Roger just jumped right in and took care of it. Not the cheapest but worth the price. Cary's high commitment to customer satisfaction is refreshing.

Cary took time with me to explain the ins and outs of pavers and he was very informative. Out of everyone I talked to, he put the most thought into helping me design the shape of the new patio. He has a great "eye" for where curves should be and which colors go best with my house and yard. His price/value was the best of anyone who put in a bid. His initial price is his final price and he doesn't nickel/dime or take on extra costs for little things. He was also the only paver guy who was honest about the maintenance and upkeep of the stones. Following his recommendations, mine are still looking good as new 18 months later. Thanks Cary!

I was extremely happy with the professionalism and the quality of the work and the manner in which I was treated. Cary and his staff were conscientious and completed the job on schedule and went the extra mile to correct things that could have easily been added costs to the estimate. Be clear about what you want and Cary will make sure they achieve the look that you want.
