They fixed what was needed to be fixed. and didn't up sell us. There are no complaints from our renters, it seems to have taken care of the problem.

Excellent. Repair man was here precisely on time. Because there was a new installation of insulation in the attic he didn't want to pack it down by walking on it and assured us that by installing a new roof vent the problem would be solved. The original installation by a different company had been done improperly. The job was completed by Allen Roofing in June of this year and the job was done perfectly. If we should need any more work done we would certainly call them.

I couldn't decide what color or type of roof I wanted. So Cory (foreman) brought over many samples. I then asked a color consultant so Cory brought more sample. He brought me everything I asked for and quickly. When I finally decided, work started within a week (The date was reserved in advance) It was done in 3 days and cleanup was perfect. Russ Allen had done the original estimate and is truly a good guy and very professional. He said our roof would probably last another year so there was no hard sell. His wife Becky answers their phones and is also very nice. Cory said it was his job to keep me informed and happy. He went out of his way to do that. The roof looks terrific. Thanks everyone.

Ross is very experienced contractor. We had roof leaking on and off issue for a while, we tried to repair over 3 times. Ross came and took a look on the roof he was very quick to find the problem. He suggested to change roof ridge with a better product that can stop water get through the vent. during the busy time, his company was able to schedule for us as promise in one week. The worker came as promised. The work was done and clean up. We are happy with his work and so far there is no leak. The price is fair in this market.

This is an awesome contractor that you can trust. I'm very perticular about who I hire since I've been fooled by bad contractors in the past. I called several roofers for bids and information, 10 roofers total. Russ from Allen Roofing and Construction, communicated very clear with me while providing the bid, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Their bid for roof removal and replacemeant was in line with others I received. There are several reasons why I went with Allen Roofing and Construction for my job. Their bid was very upfront, no hidden fees, and everything was very well explained. Their Operations Manager, Cory, came by our home after I accepted their bid to pick out shingles. He made my family and I very comfortable with the upcoming construction. Cory explained the construction process, timeline, showed us shingle colors, and reassured us that Allen Roofing and Construction would take care of everything, which they did! We were told the job would take four days, and their crew had it done in three! The crew showed up on the date schduled and went right to work. They covered all our landscaping with tarps, and began removing the old roof. Three days later, we had a beautiful new roof! At the end of everyday the crew walked around our home, picked up the tarp used to protect the landscaping, and anything that might have fallen. All their equipment was neatly organized and put away at the end of the day. The project manager, Francisco, came over after the work was complete to do a final inspection and pick up their dumpster trailer. He was very professional, and conducted a final cleanup around the trailer after it was moved. My yard, landscape, and driveway were left in great condition. Other than a new roof, you'd have never known it was a construction site after they left. I work hard for my money, and so when hiring a company to work on our home I expect the best. My family and I got the best when we hired Allen Roofing and Construction Inc. I would highly recommend this company, they will treat you and your home right!

Excellent, easy on and off of the old ,which they took away for disposal. We are contacting again to replace another skylight as well.

An employee of Allen Roofing arrived on time to give me an estimate for a cedar shingle roof repair. I was pleased with the price and the individual said he would contact me to schedule a time for the job to be completed, which he estimated could possibly be as early as the following week. I did not hear anything, but assumed it was due to the holidays. I called the office after New Year and left a voicemail. It is now a month later and I have never heard back from them.

We had three companies come out to assess a venting problem. Allen Roofing responded quickly and was the only one that didn't try to do "too much" and could explain WHY he was making the recommendations. Didn't try to over sell and gave us the best price out of the three. Come out for a bid right away and was great at explaining his recommendations. We called twice to try and schedule the install and didn't get immediate responses, but then a few days after my last call, he called and said he could be out the following day. They arrived about 1.5 hours after he estimated they'd get here (they were coming after another job finished up). I would give them 5/5 stars IF there had been a more direct way to schedule the job, but instead they get a 4/5. Already recommended them to my dad. Can't argue with competent and affordable service.

We were impressed with his no nonsense focus and willingness to quickly resolve the problem, without attempting to sell us anything further. It was a quick repair, and he charged us the minimum and we were grateful. Would definitely use again for any size roofing job.

They worked with me on materials before I accepted the job. The job went very well. They were on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves. They did everything they said they would do in the bid. The roof looked great when they were done.

The section spanned the roof line, in a kind of open A shape. Roof Wizard made an estimate in person, had to order the piece custom made and installed it. He was quite professional and we felt good value. We have had no further trouble.

Prompt and professional experience. Detailed outline of entire services to be provided, also the unexpected problems encountered with replacing an old roof. Very happy with the bid, scheduling, tear off and repair/replacement of old rotten wood, and install of a beautiful new roof. Thorough cleanup of whole area and disposal done.

We hired Allen Roofing to replace our worn out roof with 300 lb shingles, replace 3 skylights and replace the gutters on the house and the garage. The job was scheduled to start Monday morning, and the crew arrived on time and went straight to work tearing off the roof. Since we have pets, we specifically asked them to be very careful with their cleanup at the end of each day, which they did. There were a few issues with materials, but these were quickly resolved, and these guys worked hard! Once the roof was on, the gutters were to be installed, but due to an apparent truck breakdown, they did not get put up until Monday -- there was a torrential storm over the weekend, so we had to dodge waterfalls to get out the door! However, they did a great, quick job of getting the gutters up on Monday, and they look and work great. They also replaced 3 skylights, which required some retrofitting, as the old ones were over 20 years old, and they did a great job, no leaking or issues. One was a solar skylight, which apparently required an electrician to connect to the solar panel, and this was not explained to us. just a small issue, though. All in all, an excellent job done by a great crew, Mr. Allen was a pleasure to work with, very easy going. I would definitely recommend them.

The pricing was less than anyone else. They did a good job. It took them about a week and a crew of 2 guys came out, as well as the manager. I got good responses from them and they provided a great service.

They did a great job on everything I asked them to do. Russ helped me figure out what could be done from a practical perspective. We negotiated the price to my satisfaction and they showed up and began work when he said they would. If there were any little nigglies in the process I cant recall. Russ and his crew did every little thing I asked to my 100% satisfaction and sometimes beyond. I am very pleased and would use them again.

Russ and his installers were top notch throughout the process. Russ did a thorough exam of the roof, gave a prompt bid, came by and tarped the roof (wed had a leak), showed us sample shingles / colors, etc. His team showed up when they said they would - and worked hard the whole time. Kept the work area clean after each day had passed. Did a great job cleaning the debris upon job completion. I got 3 bids for the roofing job ... and Russ' was the most competitive and I had confidence (via angieslist) that they would do the job right. I will use them again for any future roofing needs!

1) The initial phone call was returned quickly. 2) Arrived on time for the initial visit and inspection 3) Workmen were knowledgeable about the product we had on our roof 4) They visited on Monday and on Wednesday they came to fix the leak. 5) Worker explained why the roof was leaking and was knowledgeable and efficient his work. 6) We had the work done during the dry season, so we have to wait to see if the leak is fixed.

I wound up needing to reschedule due to conflicting appointments, and he was perfectly flexible. All in all, happy with the service. Also, he told me that on the off chance the leak persisted, he would come back and fix it again for no charge. Nice to know when someone stands behind their service. (There have not been any issues, by the way)

Allen Roofing gave us a bid, did the work and it was great. I would hire them again any time.
