We highly recommend this company. Unfortunately we previously had hired another "local" company to install a new metal roof in a manner to support solar panels. They completely botched the job in numerous ways (solar panels no longer an option) and we terminated them with the roofing incompletely installed. Allen Roofing came to our rescue and repaired negligent work by the previous contractor AND completed our roofing project in a professional and timely manner. THANK YOU Allen Construction!!

Russ Allen and everyone I spoke with from his firm were professional, responsive, friendly, and clearly concerned about getting our roof done right. While another roofer we spoke with said he needed to tear off the whole roof, Allen carefully examined the work that had been done and determined that a portion of the roof just needed to be reinstalled. The team was courteous, prompt, and left our site much cleaner than it was when they arrived to begin work. One of the crew also pointed out a pine needle build-up problem that was causing cupping of some of the pine shakes on the roof on our home and they came back to clean it for a very reasonable fee. We were very pleased with everything about our project, and Allen Roofing will be our first call the next time we need anything done to our roof.

We had a great experience with Allen Roofing. We noticed a water leak in one of our upstairs rooms and called for consultations for a few local companies. Three companies suggested a complete re-roof. Allen Roofing instead advised that the roof still had several years of life left. Rather than re-roofing, they suggested some repairs that cost a tiny fraction of what a new roof would have required. They were able to work us into their schedule within a few weeks. Very pleased with the results.

Fast, on tome & reasonable price

This group was very professional and explained all my options. The team was punctual neat and did very good clean up. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. No upfront funds were required and they applied an Angie’s List discount.

He came and fixed what was wrong very quickly. I loved that he explained what was going on. At first he though it could be a 1000 fix but then when to the roof and found thast my builders didn't install the vents correctly or screw them down so he fixed 4 of them that were done wrong. He checked every one of them for me. The price was amazing was basically charged their lowest fee with was 99 dollars. I was so happy with not okbly the price, but how he explained everything to me and didn't try and take me for a ride as I'm a women and my husband wasn't present. Amazing company and I will use them for all future roof issues and refer them to all my friends and family. Out of 4 or 5 companies I called they were the only one that called me back and was a le to come.within the next 2 days. Great is all I can say. I completely recommend them.

Excellent. When they came, they determined that it could be fixed without tearing up any shingles, and the cost was half of the original bid.

After receiving several bids for a roof replacement, we went with Allen Roofing and Construction. Their bid was reasonable and we were impressed with the Angie's List reviews on their site. We were in the queue a few weeks before the three-person crew arrived in early October. They replaced the roof quickly and professionally. The crew were friendly and polite. None came inside the house during the entire project. When the job was finished, the crew cleaned up everything. The new roof looks great! The invoice was in complete alignment with the bid and they honored an Angie's List coupon. Many thanks to Russ Allen and Operations Manager Cory Harris. Russ Allen provided me a very detailed estimate that totaled about $8700. I had two other bids with which to compare and his was about $1000 more than the lowest. Yet I chose him because I felt his attention to detail, his candor, and his experience were more reliable than the lowest bid I received. When the job was being done, Cory (the foreman), communicated with me completely. He showed me where I had a choice to spend less or spend more depending on how much of a rebuild I wanted. I chose to spend a bit more to get the job done right. Even so, the final difference between estimate and completed work was less than $200. These are good, they are honest, and they are fair. I would recommend them to family as well as friends.

Only hiccup was a no show on day scheduled. Got apologies from owner and foreman and a quick reschedule. Work was done quickly and professionally. The test will be if it leaks again this winter, but I have confidence that it won't. Would definitly hire again.

Mr. Allen examined our roof, send us a estimate and approximate time when the job can be done. I had some questions and via email Mr. Allen gave me honest answers. Part of the roof was not very old so Mr. Allen agreed that it does not have to be removed and subtracted it from the cost. They were available 2 days before estimated start date, which was grate for me. The old roof was removed. The only thing that could'v been done a little better is the cleaning of debris. New roof and vents were installed. 1 solar roof vent was installed. Managers were coming to monitor the job, communicated with me in a friendly professional manner, which helped to lower my stress level. I picked this company out of 3. I made the right choice: good job done before scheduled time, pleasant experience, best price!! Without hesitation I would recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

There was a scheduling mix up but Allen, Cory and their office team more than made up for the inconvenience. I was so very impressed with how they handled the mix up that I'm writing this review less than an hour after the work was completed. The repair was done the day after the scheduling mix up early in the morning and in addition to being so incredibly polite, Cory also cleaned my gutters for free. I got some great advice on how to maintain my roof (vs replacing) as well. I would definitely use this company again and have already asked for additional quotes for future work. Highly recommend.

nothing short of fantastic a 5 star rating just isn't sufficient. this week i was provided with excellent service from Allen roofing. as a recently widowed woman i can tell you that the prospect of having to hire and pay a contractor to do needed repairs on my home so that i could sale it was a dim and frightening one. Allen roofing quickly responded and communicated in a courteous, detailed, and effective manner that was easily understood. i am more than highly pleased with the professional manner in which the repairs were completed. the roof tiles blends beautifully with the rest and they were more than conscientious of any mess and took great care to clean up. it is more than obvious that this company holds themselves to very high standards. allen roofing kept all appointments and calls were always returned and responded to promptly. this company provided quality service from the first call to the last nail. they made me feel important and appreciated, they gave much much more than ever expected. They did not show when promised. They did not return promised calls. There was no service performed other than a perfunctory visit to say the problem was flashing and they could fix it for 175. Stay away from this business!

there was an initial glitch in communication but the company recovered quickly and well to my satisfaction. They completed the job quickly and well.
