Description of Work: Received a bid from Mr. Allen that was twice the price of bids I received from three other roofers. He was very polite and professional and he did a good job of explaining the work that would be performed. The only reason I didn't use Allen Roofing was due to price.

Description of Work: they came out to check an intermittent leak in my roof where it joins my sunroom. the tech said that since the leak is intermittent they could guess at the location, but couldn't guarantee the repair since they couldn't be sure they could solve the problem. they didn't charge me for the evaluation, were prompt and on time. i didn't have them guess, and yes, i still have the leak but it moves from spot to spot and varies with the wind direction.

Description of Work: It was a pleasure to work with Russ and Cory from start (initial quote was last year but we had to wait until this fall & they kept the same price) to finish on our house + detached garage. Options we could select from were clearly explained, shingles left so we could decide based on actual ones instead of tiny sample books, and communication prompt. The work area was always kept completely clean. Would gladly work with them again in the future but not anticipating having to do so given this high quality!

Description of Work: Multiple small repairs of penetrations on a larger roof and complete replacement of a 300 sq ft roof. We found dry rot so they obtained replacement wood, and installed it. At my request they modified the eaves as well. Two of their workers stayed until 7:00pm to finish the job in one day on a very warm day.
