Eastside Exterminators is a licensed, certified pest control company throughout King and Snohomish counties. Since 1969, Eastside Exterminators has protected homes against rats, mice, bugs and wildlife. Call today to schedule an appointment with one of our professional technicians.
"Absolutely horrible company and horrendous customer service. We used this company for over 4 years for general pest control, both inside and outside of our home. During our last visit, the person said that they had sprayed multiple wasp nests developing under the eaves of our house. When we continued to see wasps in those nests, we called to confirm that they had actually been sprayed. It took them 3 weeks to return our phone calls requesting to have someone come back out to actually spray those nests. During that time, we canceled our service, since we were effectively paying them for not doing their job. Once a manager did finally call us back, they informed us that because we canceled our service, it "negated our warranty", and they would have to charge us to come back out. Absolutely ridiculous. Between that, not actually inspecting our attic (beyond the 10 feet they could see from the entrance), and poisoning our dog because they dropped a rat poison block in our yard, we're happy to be rid of this company for good!"
