This time their crew showed up without proper equipment and wanted initially to come back two days later (when I had to be moved out!). They came back the next day to finish the job; when I got to the destination I found one of my items broken. It was loaded/packed without any additional padding/strapping. It cost me several hundred dollars to get the item fixed. When I spoke with the owner, he claimed I refused equipment that would have protected the item and Ace Moving and Storage never loaded the item. I asked him what equipment would have protected the item and was given no response. I brought up the waiver/agreement I signed that indicated all items loaded and packed by Ace Moving and Storage were insured against negligence. He again said this was not the case. Hoping this situation can be resolved months later without resorting to the legal system"

However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints).
