Ace Moving & Storage

Have used Ace Moving and Storage many times in the past; always good results. This time their crew showed up without proper equipment and wanted initially to come back two days later (when I had to be moved out!). They came back the next day to finish the job; when I got to the destination I found one of my items broken. It was loaded/packed without any additional padding/strapping. It cost me several hundred dollars to get the item fixed. When I spoke with the owner, he claimed I refused equipment that would have protected the item and Ace Moving and Storage never loaded the item. I asked him what equipment would have protected the item and was given no response. I brought up the waiver/agreement I signed that indicated all items loaded and packed by Ace Moving and Storage were insured against negligence. He again said this was not the case. Hoping this situation can be resolved months later without resorting to the legal system

Came in clutch! Needed day of help to move furniture into our office when the delivery company refused to take it up to our office. They went above and beyond. Friendly, empathic, great price and speedy! They were a life saver! Thank you so much!

When I called to schedule my move, they had an opening the following week, which was perfect. Then this morning, the day of the move, Taylor and Quinton showed up right on time and even though they had to haul everything down 3 flights of stairs they stayed enthusiastic and got it all loaded in record time! They were very careful with my belongings, which I was thankful for. The unload went just as smoothly and they were friendly and energetic the whole time. I will always recommend this company to anyone I know who is moving!! This was a very positive experience for me and it really made my move soooooo much less stressful! My name is Judy and i just made a big interstate move from Coeur d'Alene ID to Phoenix AZ in July 2023. When you stop to think about it, that was all across the United States. I feel totally compelled to write a review of huge thanks to ACE Moving Company of Coeur d'Alene, for the outstanding job they did for me. From the very first meeting of owner, Jesse, coming to my house to review what was going to be moved, to the fantastic, extremely hard working, Brandon, and all the guys in between who made my transition across the US a very comfortable one with no headaches or stress involved. I packed up a lot of my house myself (only so I could get rid of things that didn't need to go to AZ) and then ACE packed up all my wall hangings, accessories, TV's, and such. Brandon packed the moving van with great knowledge of how to fit everything like a puzzle and with extreme care for the safety of my possessions. I am very happy to report that not one thing was broken or lost in this move. And to top it off, I had a rock feature in my back yard that had a lot of sentimental value to me. I jokingly asked Jesse if they hauled rocks, and he replied it wouldn't be the first time they hauled rocks! Soooooo.......my rock feature was dismantled by Brandon and crew and fit onto the van for the journey. After the truck was finished packing and doors secured, the van left for Arizona. It made the move before I got out of town. It all just flowed perfectly. There is no possible way it could have been better. Also, all the boxes and tape that I used to pack with were supplied by ACE. They were totally efficient at getting me more boxes and tape when I called them. I mean efficient within hours of my call. Also, Brandon, who drove the truck to Phoenix, totally followed my directions and located all the boxes to the proper rooms I had asked for. In conclusion, I cannot say enough good things about ACE Moving Company of Coeur d'Alene ID. Hard working, very trustworthy, very caring of my possessions and very friendly!! I called Jesse a few weeks ago to coordinate a small move from a lake cabin to a storage facility in Hayden. He was very easy to speak with, coordinate times, extremely accommodating. The move was scheduled for August 14th, I was called on the morning of just to confirm any special instructions or needs. Once again, very professional. I was not on site as I had to leave for overseas, but my sister and a friend were present and they both told me that the packing process was impeccable, the loading was with tremendous care, and the final delivery to the storage unit was incredible. The unit is quite small, but the guys were able to pack things so well that they could stack the items to save space. In the end it all fit with a combination of skill by the movers, and luck on my end of things. The entire crew was very professional and respectful from the first moment to the last. The rates seem quite reasonable to me, so overall I am an incredibly satisfied customer and would highly recommend working with this company. In late 2024 or early 2025 I will need to move all of that stuff from the small storage unit and another large storage unit back to the property. I will not hesitate to contact Jesse and the crew to take care of the move for me as they are an excellent team to work with! Thank you Ace Moving & Storage for an above and beyond experience!
