Description of Work: Top Notch! |Adam was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. We needed 4 rooms and a hallway cleaned on the second floor. Each room has a different carpet and required unique treatments to get the stains out. We also needed the finished basement carpet cleaned, as well as the carpet on the stairs between floors. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and extra care was taken with the more delicate hand made carpet on the stairs. Everything came out better then expected. We will use them again! We highly recommend MAPLE LEAF CARPET AND TILE CLEANING!

Description of Work: Cleaned Berber carpets in her house upstairs and down. Carpets were moderately soils in some locations. Did a great job removing the stains. Better than we had hoped.Will definitely use Maple Leaf again!

Description of Work: Steam cleaned the basement carpet. Really nice job, I could see where stains had been that were gone after the cleaning. The Technician was very professional and accommodating as I had to push my appointment up a bit at the last minute.

Description of Work: Everything was done in a timely, professional, and generous manner, from the arrival to the last moments.The cleaning process was well described, the price was fair, and the advice and information given was very helpful. The man who came knew his stuff, and it was obvious. He also prides himself on a job well done, which goes far in my book. And not only did the price come up as estimated, but he also "threw in" for free the clearning of a small carpeted landing. I recommend to everyone and intend to use this company myself for as long as I live in the area. (I would also add that there were no noxious smells or unsavory soggy wet spots after the service. All was dry quite quickly.)

After reconstruction and mitigation we were told that we had to replace the carpeting. We called Maple Leaf who inspected the place. They called me back to say that they could clean it and it would be fine. They did and it does...all long distance. This is the third time we have used them and the experience has always been excellent. I would never go any place else for this work. Period!

Description of Work: Maple Leaf Carpet and Tile Cleaning came to my home at the agreed upon date and time and provided me with an estimate of costs. I needed to have our carpets cleaned as well as some furniture upholstery fabric. He discussed what was involved, how long it would take and how the work would be done. My requirements were to have three floors of carpeting cleaned. I was impressed with the professional manner in which he conducted himself. The gentleman who was assigned to do the actual work was very professional, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. He kindly answered my numerous questions. He arrived well within the timeframe we had discussed. He explained exactly how he would perform the work as well as an approximate time it would take. I was especially impressed with the high tech equipment the company uses. When the work was completed - the carpets and the furniture looked great!! There were some stains I did not think would come out of the carpet - but the gentleman managed to completely remove them.

Description of Work: Our wall to wall carpeting in the downstairs living area and in three upstairs bedrooms had not been professionally cleaned for a number of years. The new, light colored, downstairs carpeting had a myriad of stains which the tenants were unable to remove. Clint had explained the possible issues with removing the stains and provided the level of probability. He also explained the type of carpet and the procedures. Steve also identified the absolute minimum (zero!) environmental impact his system(hot water extraction) might create. His estimate and explanation were professional, thoughtful and thorough. We established a date and time. His technician Adam, arrived right on the dot. Adam also explained the procedure and the required drying time. Adam was professional yet friendly. He suggested that the job would take hin 1 1/2 to 2 hours and that we should allow 4 hours for the carpeting to dry. The job was done in 1 1/2 hours and the carpets were dry in 3 1/2 hours and look better than new. Note: When Steve was here to estimate the job, I asked to look through his truck...I like to see how a craftsperson keeps his/her tools and the neatness of their workplace. The truck inside and out was almost spotless and everything was neat and in it's designated place. We would absolutely recommend Steve, Adam and Maple Leaf to anyone and we plan to use them again
