"If you want to wait around all day, rescheduling plans and not getting the expected service, schedule with this company. BUT IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT DON?T BOTHER. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. 3 times in a week I was scheduled and then rescheduled for a chimney cleaning and inspection and 4 times they failed to show up!!! At least in the first 3 instances I received a text indicating they were not coming about 1 ½ hours into the scheduled timeframe and they would come later in the day or another day but the 4th time they didn?t show up or notify me they were not coming to do the job. When I called the office on Friday, 12/27 at 6:19 pm to find out when they would arrive, I was told they were done for the day. We are a general handy man service. We make and refurbish furniture. We work on small renovation projects and do what ever you need. We will always go beyond for our customers
"Very disappointed, it quickly became clear that this person had very little experience with contract work or even good business practices. I felt like I was providing advice on how to run a business, and he wasn't able to make any recommendations about the project. The final straw was the posts he put in weren't secure or safe. I had to spend more money to find someone that would take over and finish the project and redo what had been done. I will say he was polite, and even admitted to being in over his head on a basic deck."
