Brad did a great job leveling a sagging subfloor, installing flooring with trim. He even went out of his way to buy and install 4X8 piece of paneling with an access door built in . He made good use of his time, and cleaned up well at the end.

Brad did a fantastic job all the way through, from the proposal, to sending me colors and options to choose, getting the work done on time and with quality !! Appreciated the update and pictures along the way (I was out of town), and also him always keeping me apprised if there were any difficulties or dealing with the issues that always pop up during a job. Really excellent communications !
