Excellent. He stayed with the problem until it was resolved. Also he was extremely reasonable in charging - he didn't seem to charge for the gas and although he worked for about 1.5 hours, he only wanted to charge me for 1 hour.

George is awesome - he has helped us out several times. This time we needed a new garbage disposal, so we set up a time with him, bought the disposal, and he put it in for us. The last time he was here he ran a pipe up from our basement to the kitchen for a new refrigerator we got with water in the door, and while he was in the basement he noticed and fixed an unused drain pipe out to the sewer that wasn't capped off properly. The time before that we had an issue with drainage in our bathtub and he took care of it easily. He was recommended to us by a family member and he's a really knowledgeable, efficient, great guy.

Quick fix done in a timely manner. Would definitely use him again.

After trying other plumbers and getting no response, we called George. Not only did he call back,he called back the same day. We explained what we wanted, and all arrangements were made over the phone- what to purchase, where to purchase, etc. On the day of installation, George called to let us know that he might be a few minutes late, but he was on time. He was prepared, professional, the job was done quickly. We definitely plan to call George for future work, and will happily recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

I called George on Monday and he was able to come over on Thursday to look at the problem. He arrived on time, spent time (that he didn't bill for) figuring out what needed to be fixed, arranged for a colleague to help with the water heater and ended up solving a problem that two other master plumbers had been unable to correct. George is very knowledgeable, super nice, and cost-conscious. If I ever have a plumbing problem again I will call George right way. The price above was for the labor of two people over several hours. Parts were extra and at cost.

It went very well...arrived on time, explained what he would do and finished in less than an hour. We'll have him back when we next need plumbing work done.

I called George, he came over to evaluate the job on the same day and then returned the next day to complete the job. Water was leaking from the very old fixtures in the bathtub and George replaced the fixtures with a new alternative since the originals are no longer made. He seemed very knowledgable and efficient, and he was very professional.

This project required a lot of problem solving in order to work with existing house plumbing, and when other plumbers told us we couldn't do it, George was up to the task. He is very flexible to work with, and helped us keep costs down by letting my father help him work on the job. Because we were remodeling our bathroom ourselves, the project was broken up into different stages, and George was very accommodating in working with our (long) timeline. We're very pleased with the outcome. George is highly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, while keeping costs down. There were no surprises--George let us know what was going on throughout the project. Highly recommend JRS Plumbing--we'll be using him from now on!

Great! He was punctual, explained everything clearly, didn't pressure us, and was very pleasant. The price he charged us was extremely fair. We'll definitely call him again if we ever have other problems!

George came on time and worked without a break, he knows what he is doing and does it very well. He is the only plumber I will ever call! We had four companies come and give estimates for the work we needed to have done. The numbers from other local plumbing contractors came back anywhere from $2,300 to $6,000 and these estimates did not include all of the drainline that we replaced in the basement! All of the other firms wanted to send out two plumbers (at twice the hourly rate) and said it would take at least two days. George said that I could work with him to save on the labor cost, it took us about two days total to get the job done including all of the extra drainlines and the vent line to the second floor. This leaves me wondering what the second plumber from the other companies would have been doing on the second day! I am completing this bathroom remodel myself and will call George back to help do the finish plumbing once the walls and tile are in. I highly recommend George. The overall price was much lower than I thought it would be and the work is great.
