At first I was afraid that I wasn't able to get a gas connection from the gas company but Todd assured me that I would be able to and walked me through the process to achieve the hook-up. Then when that was finally done, Todd Harrington was at my house early on the date agreed upon with a crew that removed my old oil burner and the tank too! There was some door removal and a wall dismantle that had to occur in order to get the tank out, but Todd and his crew were quick, efficient and replaced everything that was removed and cleaned up after spic and span. After re-plumbing and setting the burner in place on the wall (which was done masterfully) Todd returned the next day to get the OK from the gas company. He spent a good deal of time going over the Baxi system with me and is one of the most congenial and professionals I have ever met here in Vermont. It is a joy working with someone who really knows his stuff. I look forward to using the new system but more importantly it is a great peace of mind to know it is backed by someone like Todd Harrington. I would recommend Todd in a heart beat without hesitation to anyone looking for Natural Gas service here in Vermont.

Todd was great. He was very responsive to a no heat in our bedrooms. Todd arrived when he said he would. Gave an estimate before he started and had our system up and running same day. All done in budget, professionally and very clean. We will call Todd again.

This winter our gas boiler cracked and sprung a water leak. We had a VT Gas Company representative look at is an his assessment was that the boiler needed to be replaced. We contacted several heating/plumbing companies in this area asking for recommendations and bids. I was very happy with Todd Harrington's quick response when we initially called. He gave us detailed bids and information on 2 types of gas boiler. After assessing the cost and different types of gas boilers, we agreed to contract with Todd Harrington and have a BAXI wall hung gas boiler installed. Todd and 2 co-workers arrived on-time on the scheduled date and worked diligently to tear out the old boiler and install the new one. We had also agreed with Todd to replace the existing zone values and clean up the somewhat messy plumbing job from the original boiler. This added some to the cost but we felt that it was worthwhile. As we had a very good SuperStor 40 gallon water heater in the basement, Todd recommended to leave it in place and tie it to the new boiler. Todd and his crew were very efficient, worked quickly and kept me informed as the work progressed. I estimate that the entire job was completed in 6+ hours. Todd also contacted a recycling company to remove the old boiler as no extra charge to me. The recycler come a few days later and hauled the boiler away. I asked Todd to come back a few days later to check on the boiler recycling fan which was running constantly. He made a minor adjustment which took no more than 10 minutes. We should be seeing a decrease in our natural gas bill as this boiler operates so much more efficiently than the old one did. We're very happy with the work Todd and his crew did for us and I'd recommend him for any boiler replacement job.

He and his helper were very prompt, courteous and respectful, and took time to answer our questions and show us how the boiler worked. The work was done well, on time, and they tidied up nicely. We LOVE our new boiler - our monthly fuel bills are much lower, the boiler is much quieter, and we have all the hot water we need when we need it! We've worked with several heating professionals over the years, and highly recommend Todd!

I am having issues with my brand new furnace so I called Harrington to ask if they would work on it. Since my unit should still be under warranty, he was extremely helpful about letting me know to call the company who did the installation and gave me another name of a company who may be able to help also. If I have heating needs in the future, I will definitely give Harrington's a call again due to his professionalism and honest help.

Todd Harrington returned my call within the day. It was great to reach the actual person who would be doing the work, not a secretary who could only schedule an appointment. Other businesses were scheduling appointments for estimates three weeks out or more. Todd gave us an estimate within 3 days of my first call. We made an appointment for the installation, but had to adjust due to a scheduling conflict on our end. Todd was extremely flexible, and was able to rearrange his schedule for our convenience. He arrived on time, left the work area clean and tidy, and made sure we understood how to operate the product before completing the work. I would highly recommend this business.

Right from the first meeting for a price quote is was obvious that this was an experienced professional. The quote was in the middle of range I received. The job took two days (as planned). The work started with the removal of an old oil fired boiler. The system was heavy and in a tight location, but the work went smoothly. The new gas fired system was installed and connected on schedule. The new system is extremely quiet and performing very well. I am very pleased with the whole installation process.

We had the original boiler, gas conversion with burner rental, forty one years old. It was noisy and there was a lot of old plumbing from different conversions. He replaced it with a small, efficient unit that is so quiet we have to check to see if it's on. The old furnace was VERY heavy and he had to purchase (at no cost to us) a new heavy duty dolly -- and it still took three men to get it up the stairs. He came back in a week to follow up and tighten a joint. We have found Todd to be very personable, honest and knowledgeable in his field. We had also hired him to put in a gas line for a new gas stove, and install gas logs in our fireplace. We highly recommend him.
