Description of Work: Jeff was great! I had been calling around trying to find someone to come out to look at our concerns. We could not get a call back and if we did no one was interested in doing repairs. Jeff answered on the first ring and I sent him all our info. Two days later he was at the house, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Would definitely recommend and hire again! Thanks Jeff for helping us protect our investment

+ -1 moreI called Mr. Billado one evening and he answered on the second ring. Much to my delight he lives very close by and he offered to take a look at my roof the very next day. He called me from my house while I was at work, described the work that needed to be done, and he completed it that very day. I couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: Mr. Billado fixed plywood that had popped up, replace a bunch of shingles that had fallen off, and installed step flashing around the chimney that had never been installed.

+ -1 moreJeff promptly returns phone calls. He asks for half up front and once he receives the check he is at your home within a day or two to do the job. He is courteous, professional and cleans up thoroughly after completion of job. His estimate of the job was half of what another roofer wanted, so he is reasonable and not out to gouge the customer.
Description of Work: Removal of old shingles from porch roof and replacement with new shingles.
