Jeff and his team did a great job on my roof. When they opened up the roof, they found some boards needed to be replaced, and they had the skills to do it. I am happy with the job they did, and would recommend them in a heart beat!

Very well. Jeff and his team responded quickly, did the work at a very reasonable price, and I know from my prior experiences with him and his crew that the work is high quality.

When I first called, he is very nice and friendly, he said he will comes take a look, then he really did but he said he will be back again to take a closer look and he did came back. Kind of very surprising for me because a lot of times when people said that! They never came back. Also when I asked him to fix the ceiling too even not his carrier but he had got his friends came to fixed it. He’s Very responsibility and had came back to checked it’s again after the jobs done. I’v gave him thumbs up and will recommend to everyone and my friend also myself to hire him for the roofing project. Thank you so much Jeff.

Didn't end up needing to have anything done as parts of the chimney had broken off and was not a problem with the roof, but Jeff was responsive and came out to find out what was going on. Mind you, this was not a big job and he still did it anyways. I highly recommend Jeff.

I called early this morning, and they completed the work by 2:30 PM. They made an extra effort to match the shingles. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. We will probably have the roof redone in the spring, and we won't hesitate to call them again. I was quite pleased with the price as well.

Great!!! I called at least six different roofers. None were willing to take on a smaller "fix" job. Jeff called me right back and had his crew working on my roof as soon as the weather was clear. They did a much better job than the original roofer, and I feel confident that our leaks are now a thing of the past.

Jeff and his crew did a good job, cleaned up after and even cleaned the gutters. He was very responsive, mailed me a quote within a week and did the job the following week. Other quotes had me waiting for months and were higher so win win :-)

I called Jeff on Friday morning about a leak in our roof, and he came over the very next day (Saturday!) to deal with it. He found a good solution to the problem and charged us less than what we'd expected. He was clearly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the next steps, without pushing us towards the most expensive solution. He definitely deserves all the good ratings that he has here, and I will certainly call him again for future roof problems.

It took a while for Jeff to get back to me originally, but once he did he was very responsive and gave me a quote for everything I needed. He was very helpful and explained things well. We ended up getting the roof on a back porch replaced. Jeff got the work done quickly and it looks great.

Jeff did a great job and worked with me on the details needed for this project including flashing and sealing around metal railing posts on the flat roof.

It was awesome. Jeff came out the day after I called him, climbed on my roof, and had an estimate to me later that day. His estimate was higher than some I received but still very fair (and definitely not the highest I got from companies in the area). We took a week to finish gathering bids and get the 50% downpayment together and called to make an appointment. Jeff and his guys came out and got the work done completely within a week. They were professional, timely, and clean every time they came. They were courteous and kept me up to date at the end of each workday showing me what had been done and what ended up costing extra money as per our plan when Jeff first came to give me an estimate and was upfront about some unknowns with the roof that were not included in the original proposal. It was nice to have a group of people come and work together to get the job done safely, efficiently, and for as little above estimate as they could. Our roof looks great and appears to be good to go for 3 decades now. We know that if we have any problems this is the kind of service provider you can call and get in touch with the same day-- no concerns about call backs. He's upfront and does business on a handshake. A few years ago another "reputable" company came out to do work on our house and the work was overpriced and not done well. We worried we would have trouble finding an honest roofer but this is the guy we will call if we ever have another situation with our roof. Highly recommend you call him for an estimate if you've had any trouble with other service professionals in the past- he will make it better. Note- In addition to a full roof replacement we had several squares of decking replaced and several layers of shingles and decking to be disposed of as part of the replacement and went with a high quality architectural shingle

Jacking up the floor: They took a lower priced more difficult manner by doing the work inside our crawl space. Watching the floor slowly come up to become level was really great. There was little patch work to be done later on. The service provided seemed to go badly at the beginning, but Jeff is very patient and figured it all out with no issue provided to us at all. The crew cleaned up after themselves. It was also interesting to watch a group of men perform so well together, but Jeff was with his crew the entire time and was a great example of patience, intelligence and knowledge under pressure. Re-roofing the back part of the roof: This went amazingly fast with no heartache to us at all. Once again they cleaned up the work area and the pricing for both of these jobs was very good and less than anticipated. I would recommend this group for any work - roofing or maintenance.

Called him on a Friday, got an estimate Saturday morning, he started work on Monday and finished on Wednesday (rained on Tuesday). Final cost exactly as estimated, did very quick work. I would recommend.

Jeff was great. Very responsive in returning phone calls when trying to schedule a time for him to visit our house to assess the issue. He showed up when he said he would and was there the next morning to do the work for exactly what he quoted at. I would definitely recommend Jeff for any roofing work. I will be calling him again should we ever need roofing work done.

We noticed the roof leaking in the garage and called Jeff. He had done a porch roof for us a while back, so we knew his good work. He showed up that day to take a look. As it turned out the whole roof had issues, which he was able to show to us and explain in layman's terms what was going on. The next morning he dropped off samples for us to see the quality of his recommended replacement, and so that we could choose a color. True to his word he worked us into the schedule for a few days later. He and his team were prompt and courteous. The roof looks great and was finished within the promised timeframe.

The new roof was up the next day and looks perfect. There was even a very thoughtful thank you card on the front door, thanking us for the business. I would absolutely recommend Jeff for repairs, replacement, or brand new roofing jobs.

He was pretty personable. He came out and explained what it was about and how it worked.

I called Jeff after we had high winds and noticed that our roof was missing a couple of patches of shingles. I called him on Super Bowl Sunday and to his word, he arrived the next day. He got a sample shingle and drove to his supplier and was back within the hour. Not only did he patch my roof with new shingles, he also left me a bunch of spare shingles in case it happens again. I can fix some things around the house, but my roof (it is high up), is not one of them regardless of the size of the job. I am keeping Jeff's phone # handy just in case. VERY prompt, VERY good work, and a fair price for the scope and height of the roof and for his great customer service. Thanks!

Jeff's quote was the lowest of those I gathered. When he pulled the old shingling off, he found that it needed more work, but he did not overcharge for that work. Also, he did the job very soon after receiving the deposit.

I recommend Jeff Billado Roofiing without reservation and would hire them again for other work.

When my shingle roof was replaced with a membrane roof 10 years ago, I was told that a maintenance check every five years was important, but time got away from me, and I found that the original installer had gone out of business, Not everyone is knowledgeable with this kind of system, but I found Jeff on Angie's list, and am very pleased with his work. I paid for an inspection, but it was well worth it. Jeff was prompt, and he found a number of areas that needed attention. He was up front about the costs, and when I said yes to move ahead, completed the job quickly. He explained in detail the extra repairs that he had to make because of incorrect procedures from the original installer, and when I asked him to come back to fix a spot that was missed, he did that gratis. Total cost a bit higher than the estimate because of the extra areas of repair, and worth it. I have a second roof that will need attention in 5 years or so (Jeff said its fine for now), and when it does, I?ll be calling him again.
