Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaking intermittently for a week or so, then suddenly there was a lot of frost in the freezer and on the foods within the freezer. Getting worse by the day. Leaking also continued. Shawn came, made a provisional diagnosis of a blocked drain, and cleaned out all of the ice in the freezer. He then pulled out the frig from the wall, and helped me clean behind it, and found the drain and the source of the problem. He was here for a little over an hour and worked and chatted the whole time, explaining and reassuring as he went along. So happy to have found him. Trust him completely. Thanks to Angies List for his other reviews.

Description of Work: Shawn was amazing and very helpful in replacing our old dishwasher. He was responsive at every step of the way and put our interests first when the dishwasher had to be replaced via warranty instead of repaired. We will recommend him as often as possible!
