Central Vermont's Premier Handyman Services Provider. I have over 35 years of experience in ALL aspects of home care and repair. I have 5 consecutive years of receiving Angi's Super Service Award for Quality and Excellence, and I am a Gold Star Service Provider. Thank you for considering me to work on your home. I believe in honesty and transparency. You found me on a bulletin board. I have not been vetted by Angi, and Angi will never refer anyone to me, because I am not a paying customer of theirs. Their bulletin board is a free service that they offer to other professional service providers. My reviews shouldy assure you that I will give you highest quality result every time. I will pass ANY background check...the only negative mark on my name is being caught with a joint at Tunbridge Fair in 1986...nothing else!!! I apologize for what you are going to read next, but Ibelievereally is not in addressing wrongful behavior...in public for all to see...and to defend myself. I want to discuss the one untruthful, bogus review of my business, and assault on my character. This guy is full of more "stuff" than my Grandma's day after Thanksgiving casserole. (Sorry, Gram) This self-inflated sphincter wants you to think I took 3 grand from him and split. Nope. I got a 300$ stating payment; half for that stage of the job, another 300$ was to be paid upon completion. THE 300$ WAS FULLY REFUNDED !!!!!! The work was in a space with no power and no heat. When the temperature went to single digits and below zero, I said I was not going to work in it, since it was not an emergency situation, an occupied dwelling, or a dwelling waiting to be occupied. My battery tools wouldn't work in that cold,either, and my propane for a small space heater to try to warm my hands had been taken and used by another worker there. This guy went off on me like he owned me. He was giving me verbal abuse that nobody should ever have to be subjected to. That is when my communications stopped, and I walked...I should have done so sooner, for a multitude of reasons. ............................. Enough of that...let's focus on the positive...like all the other reviews I have....from extremely satisfied customers who have the utmost faith in myself and my skills. I have an almost 100% call back rate. The folks who moved away from the area can't call me back, but all of my other clients certainly do. I am 100% quality oriented, and I do not cut corners on any project. I will work late if time is a factor to complete a project, and I will answer the phone for an emergency at any hour. I have your best interests at heart, and I would never give you bad advice. I shop locally as much as possible, and network with several other professionals in the area who share the same ethical standards and quality standards that I do. Sometimes you can be better served by a specialist who does a job every day, than myself; I am smart enough to know what I can and cannot do. My labor rates are: 45$/hr for general work 65$/hr for technical work like plumbing, electrical, propane, etc. I do, however have a 2 hour minimum for all work.

Robert has done excellent work for me. Whenever anything goes wrong around here, I call Robert first thing.

I find Robert to be very trustworthy and his work is exemplary. He installed flooring while I was away and I left my keys with him. He assembled furniture, provided grounds work, and seems willing to help with anything I require.
Description of Work: Floor installation, grounds cleanup, cleaning, storage.

Always goes great. He is the most dependable person I have ever found to help me take care of my home and property.
Description of Work: Robert does everything. Property management, maintenance, design and construction, snow plowing, roof raking, fixing things no one else can fix, big jobs, small jobs, and overall troubleshooting and fixing. He even does rodent removal!
