Please call for services offered...I cannot change the list! Central Vermont's Premier Handyman Services Provider with over 35 years of experience in ALL aspects of building care and repair; both residential and commercial. A high quality job is visible, satisfying and lasting. It usually is not much more to do than 'splash and dash'. I have 5yrs receiving Angi's Super Service Award for Quality and Excellence, with 5yrs of perfect reviews. They aren't participation awards, and I'm proud to represent Angi. I have a 5 point philosophy of connecting with my clients. I call it: 'HITCH': -Honesty- Always be straight. -Integrity- Don't compromise on quality. -Transparency-Be clear on everything. -Communication- Means no surprises -Heart- Love the client. I would not be here without you. I encourage my clients to ask questions...I'll never talk down to you if you ask a question, as you deserve to know. If you see something you don't like with the job, please bring it to my attention immediately. I cannot correct what I don't know. It's not fair to either of us to have me finish something that you don't like or want... especially if you could have averted the problem earlier by simply asking "what the heck?" I don't mark up on materials. My job is install em, not sell em, but I am on the clock,at my lowest rate, to get them. My rates are:45$/hr for general work, 65 for technical work like plumbing/electrical/propane, and 85 for sewer line work, because nobody likes playing in poo. I don't mark up on materials. I am on the clock to get them, though. I have a 2hr minimum, in lieu of a service charge, so make a list! I have discounts for Veterans and Seniors.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
Robert fixed my dryer, which was not working correctly on and off over the last few months. He identified the issue quickly and got the job done in one visit. Hard work, done well.

It went very well. Robert removed and trashed the Empire, took out the Rinnai and sealed up the wall where it was installed. The Rinnai was re-installed in my shop, and gas supplied. There was a fair amount of re-engineering of both the gas supply and the physical mounting of the unit, and all was accomplished in a neat and effective fashion. No loose ends. Great outcome. I found Robert to be very safety- conscious and efficient. I hope to enlist his services on a couple of other projects this year. I highly recommend him.

Robert was communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was so good at the initial ask that we had him look at two other plumbing issues, which he fixed. He immediately identified the parts needed and purchased them on the same day so our projects would be finished promptly. I highly recommend Robert for any of your handyperson needs!

Robert was pleasant, we agreed upon a job and payment. We paid half in advance. He promised to send updates and pictures since we lived 2.5 hours away. When we came up a week later, the frame for one door had been started. I was a bit disappointed but we set a new date for completion. He didn't respond to texts and sent no pictures. The day came and he reached out to say he wouldn't be working because another contractor I'd hired to install a wood stove had used his propane. He never told me he was not showing up and the gas wouldn't have been used if they both been there like he had committed. I offered to add $100 to the end to cover the gas that was used. We set a new date and he promised to send updates and pictures. He then completely stopped answering texts, sent no pictures, and did not respond to voicemail. He kept our money and today is the day he said he would be done. The other contractor was there and said Robert never showed.

Robert worked diligently to diagnose and fix some complicated plumbing problems at our camp. Knowing that we were expecting guests the next day, he worked into the evening to fix the problems, and came back the next day to finish up. I would highly recommend Robert for plumbing and handyman services.

Fantastic! Robert was so helpful. He took on a difficult project, fit me into his schedule, and worked hard until it was completed! He was always reachable by phone or text, and communicated well when issues arose. He did excellent work -very thorough and neat, didn’t cut any corners. Skilled at carpentry, plumbing, drywall- basically everything! He honestly went above and beyond. I plan on hiring him again soon. Highly recommend!

Robert is kind, highly competent, highly professional, and has an extensive wide-ranging skill set that is beneficial to any homeowner. Every job Robert has completed for us, has been done with a such a high level of skill and competency. Robert is our go-to person for advice on our home and is also able to fix/install/repair just about everything. We’ve had multiple house emergencies, and Robert has dropped everything to help us out in a pinch… Including answering my calls in the middle of the night, when we discovered a leak in our basement. Robert is exceptional at what he does, and our list of future work for him continues to grow because once you have worked with him, you won’t want to go back to working with folks from larger companies who lack that human connection and frankness about the work that Robert brings to the table. Robert is an excellent handyman. He was very communicative to my wife and I about the repairs he performed on our multi-family home. He worked with the tenants to schedule a time to arrive, and worked with them to figure out any other needs for the property. We are now living in one of the units, and he came out within hours when I told him that our sink was leaking in to the unit below. He fixed the valve in no time. Highly recommend Robert.

I found Robert via Angie's List and then also through another neighborhood forum. We wanted to replace the existing flooring in the kitchen, entry way, and bathroom with interlocking vinyl tiles from Home Depot. Robert fixed a very squeaky area of the bathroom floor while he was installing the tile and had to make some adjustments to some of the appliance installation due to the flooring change. It was really convenient to have one person be able to take care of everything. The resulting floor looks great! Robert was great about communicating on flooring design and other questions as they came up. The work was done on time and within budget and I highly recommend his business! I would hire him again for any similar handyman work.
