My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.

We had a leak and had to get part of the roof fixed immediately but when the estimator came out he was very flippant and asked what was he doing there? My wife requested an estimate and he walked around the house and made some notes in his car. My wife went out to ask if he needed anything and he said it will be about $30,000. We had three other estimates for about half that price. My wife was stunned so she went back in the house. I followed up twice because I wanted a written estimate of what was included for this price and never got a response. I then emailed Mr Morrison and explained what had happened and again requested a hard copy of the estimate and got no response. So unprofessional."
