Description of Work: Repair sheet rock and installed two ceiling fans. Work looks great but was supposed to take 3 days but took a month to complete. Communication was horrible. Waited days before mgmt would return my call after I called to complain.

Description of Work: I had renovations done on my living room, kitchen, laundry room, den, a bedroom and converted my garage to living space. Total Home Improvement gave me a estimated 6-8 week timeline. They did not present me with any plans or renderings for the work nor a schedule of when work would be done. Their electrician was argumentative. Our project leader was unorganized and uncommunicative. My wife, son and I had to constantly babysit the renovation to ensure things were done properly. Several times we had to argue the quality of their work and insist things beredone. The project was supposed to be done by mid March but was not completed until the beginning of June after we complained repeatedly to the owner. I will not very deal with them again.
