Description of Work: Fixed drain pump and flushed drain hose on LG dishwasher. Very professional, very punctual. Arrived as scheduled. Advised what to do in the future to avoid additional problems.

Description of Work: Fixed water line in refrigerator door by installing a heater on the line. Had a spare water filter on hand.

Description of Work: They were very prompt to find out what had failed on our dishwasher and ordered the part while at the house. They were a little slow to get back to us when the part came in by keeping us in the loop. Once the part was in the quickly repaired the dishwasher and we were back up and running.

Description of Work: Washing machine would not drain. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the new part was installed. The problem was assessed, quickly diagnosed, and replacement part installed. G H was honest, did outstanding work, worked us into their schedule and was completely professional. Highly Recommend !!!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the response from this company. After discussing my problem, I decided not to go forward with a repair at this time but when I do proceed with either repair or replacement, I will definitely call GH Appliance Repair. He took the time to research replacement parts and/or a new purchase which gave me necessary options.
