The owner came and repaired my Dacor oven. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased to have found this company and will use them again.

They called me very quickly and set an appointment for two days later. The technician was able to fix my problem within 30 minutes.

Whole experience was excellent ! Called, set up a time… very nice, polite repairman showed up, fixed my ice maker (had the parts on him)… repairs were less than what we expected they might be, everything was cleaned up and he was gone within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for more !

He incorrectly diagnosed the job. We had to get someone else to fix it. Claimed it was a cracked drum in our dryer. Turned out to be a broken pulley. He never opened the unit. Diagnosis was based on sound and mistaken belief that our Kenmore unit was made by LG. He never identified an actual crack. He quoted drum replacement, but recommended buying new unit due to high cost of repair. Actual repair was pretty easy, done in about an hour, and half the cost of GH’s quote. GH’s “fix” would not have fixed the problem.

I was notified via text when Donte was was on his way. He was prompt, polite, took all my questions and explained the mechanical situation to me. He gave me the info I needed to decide on fridge repair and replacement.

The technician found that it had a freon leak which would be cost-prohibitive to repair. He explained the situation very clearly and recommended getting a new refrigerator.

diagnosis was spot on. Actual repair was beyond their authority to complete.

I was elated at the work performed - the quality, the timeliness, the cost. They responded within 2-3 days, and Brandon was an absolute pro who explained everything in excruciating detail.

Their schedule was packed and I had to wait a week and another week fro the part. It was reasonable and I was happy with the service. They called back when I left message on answering machine. They called a day before the service and let me know when he was on his way. The people from the office was friendly. Technician was very nice, polite and friendly.

The technician was very professional. He assessed the problem and recommended we forgo a repair as it would be quite costly. Rather he suggested we purchase a new machine and when asked, recommended two brands we should look at.

I left several phone messages and no one ever responded

Excellent service! The service coordinator Ramonda is a gem to work with and scheduled appointment the next day. Knew all about model types and what work probably required. Repairman Brandon came next day and immediately fixed the frig and came back next day with parts for the microwave. Very experienced and a pleasure to work with.

THESE PEOPLE NEVER RESPONDED TO THE INQUIRY. IF YOU CAN'T RESPOND TO THE CALL, THEN WHY WOULD I EXPECT THAT THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH A DEPENDABLE SERVICE.
