The service technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. I would have G H Appliance out to repair an appliance again.

They were professional, polite and on time. The cost was ridiculously expensive for the work - based on what I described to him over the phone he knew exactly what was wrong yet still charged $70.00 diagnostic fee - there was no diagnosis needed. The technician brought the part and it took literally 3 minutes to replace/repair. The labor charge was $50.00! Compare this to a recent experience I had with a plumber who told me he would charge me $160.00 to make a repair that I could do on my own for the cost of the part and only charged me the cost of the service call which was $50.00 - his honesty saved me $110.00 and assured a return customer. Because of this experience -despite their professionalism -I would never do business with GH Appliance again -this was a 1 and done service experience - no repeat customer here. If you do business with them make sure you are ready to pay the ridiculous cost.

I paid $70 for a diagnosis on my refrigerator problem. My complaint was that ice maker dispenser was stuck ‘open’ and the motor for it would not turn off. The display board was not able to override it to turn it off. The technician who came out simply wrote down my complaints as the diagnosis without checking the display board himself. I feel since I paid for a diagnosis, I shouldn't have to wonder if the display board (I had assumed correctly or incorrectly) should be capable of overriding a dispenser in the stuck position. What is there is nothing wrong with the display board? Now, I'm either stuck with paying for a part I do not need (the display board) or paying for labor twice. I would need to pay $60 labor to install new dispenser and if I find that the display board is indeed also faulty, another $60 to install that part. Since I paid for a diagnosis, it should be clear what the problem is. Beside that very real problem, the person I spoke with in the office to voice my complaint was very unprofessional. She spoke very loudly which left me wondering if she wasn’t yelling while she continually spoke over me. Because of that, it seemed clear there would be no working this out. It’s unfortunate that she is the gatekeeper to that business.

New Ice maker was not designed exactly for my refrigerator, so it didn't fit perfectly, but it does function well, and the price was reasonable.

They fixed everything very quickly and came back with parts as promised. They were on time each visit (3 total) and very nice and professional. Best appliance company I've ever used.

When the technician first came out to inspect the old stove he informed me that it was best to get a new stove due to ineffective and discontinued gas line part for the original stove. I really appreciated him telling me that. After I purchased a new stove, he came out and installed the new one. I will use this company again.

Corey was great diagnosis the problem quickly and was done here and gone within 35 minutes. All around excellent service!

These will be my go to guys in the future. Arrived punctually, very professional. Responded to all of my questions knowledgeably. Very fair price for the repair which was quite rapid and didn’t involve any parts. Extremely pleased.

GH has also fixed my DCS oven. Once again excellent service. I very much appreciate their integrity in their advice and service. Will definitely use again. BTW: if you're considering a Samsung appliance I suggest don't walk but run. Way overpriced for the lack of underlying quality.

I have an approximately three or four yr old Samsung dishwasher that was making a noise like glass being ground as the appliance began to pump out water. Called this Co. It was a challenging operation, I'm sure, as the floor had been replaced and the appliance was wedged in under the counter making it difficult to pull out. The owner was able to get the appliance out and replaced pump and hoses (kinked during initial installation) and reinstalled the appliance. Also replaced "adjusters" as the plastic pieces holding it/them to slide in draw had broken off. He tested the operation of my dishwasher before leaving. The whole process took more than an hour and two trips to my home. …Easy to talk to. Communication was good with this good listener.

First tech that came out told me that I needed a new transmission. They sent another guy out with the transmission for the installation. The guy they sent out took a look at my washer and told me that I actually didn't need a new transmission and that I only needed a new sprocket. He fixed the washing machine and didn't charge me for the transmission. I know nothing about washing machines so he could've easily replaced the part and charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I was so positively impressed with his honesty and character. This company is also very punctual and fair priced as well. Top notch.

They were able to repair my dryer in a well timely manner...however, the amount of effort it took to finally get it done was a process in itself. It is such a hassle in reaching them via phone. I experienced this same issue before with them when I needed my refrigerator repaired and just ended up going with someone else. Forgetting all about that past incident opportunity presented itself to try them again and so I did. Work did finally get done in a decent amount of time but I didn't appreciate the effort it required. Also, MOST displeasing is that the work was performed over a week ago and I was told I would receive my invoice via email. Unless email has now taken the speed of regular snail mail, I do not understand why I have yet to receive it. Not to mention that I did call them again a day ago to request it again and still no email. Hmmm...I do wonder if it will "magically" appear now after this review is written. #Unsat. will I hire again...not sure.
