It's been over 2 weeks since I contacted them and no one has responded to schedule an appointment.

I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to send someone, how quickly the washer was repaired, and how reasonable the price was.

I need my dryer fixedThe technician was very nice he was unable to fix my dryer is a no longer made the part. I had no complaints with him even though I had to buy a new dryer it wasn’t his fault. Very nice company

Once again GH made it work. My initial call was after business hours, but I left a message and got a call-back first thing. GH tried to talk me through the troubleshooting without results. I got on the schedule and received a heads up the day prior with a better time window. The tech arrived as scheduled having called me on the way with a ten minutes heads-up. Brandon has never worked at my house before, but he was just as courteous and professional as the other GH techs. Ten minutes to lock down on the fault and another ten to fix the problem. Brandon took the time to explain what happened and thanked me for the opportunity. GH is my go to appliance repair professionals.

I have been using GH Appliance repair over 8 years. Always knowledgeable and courteous technicians. This time Brandon, who has been here before on a repair call, helped me decide it was more advantageous to replace my 10 year old washer than do the costly repair. He also went over how to shop for a new washer. Communication from making the appointment, to confirmation, to the on the way call respects my time too.

Another company I hired off of Angie's List left me hanging in a bad situation at Christmas time. I called G H and the woman in the office was most helpful. The repairman was on time and took 5 minutes to tell me what I needed to know. I had to buy a new refrigerator. That was OK though. It was an honest appraisal, unlike what happened with the previous company. I don't mind bad news if it's honest news. I had to pay the standard cost of a diagnostic, but I expected that. I will hire this company again.

He was on time, friendly, well prepared. He went beyond and added more embers below the logs for a better flame. Would definitely call him again if needed for any gas appliance concern.

The lady was nice on phone but the tech guy who came to the house was a smug arrogant jerk I almost kicked him out of my driveway

was canceling appointment when tech arrived. Tech said he would take a look at dishwasher anyway. Based on the problem and the age and model of dishwasher tech said I probably could replace with a new one for around the cost of the repair. (parts and labor)

At first I thought the Frig wasn't repaired properly. I called and they explained something I didn't know and everything is working fine. Quick repair and professional. I would hire again.

I left 4 messages and never even got a return call back.. Never again!!

These guys are great. They came out and diagnosed my oven and had to order the part; 5 days later they installed new control board and my oven is working fine. I also learned a lot about Kenmore ovens in the process. Communication was very efficient, they scheduled appointments around my work schedule, and I was completely satisfied.

It went very well. My refrigerator had stopped working and I emailed GH on a Sunday. Received a phone call on Monday and they apologized for not being able to come out right away and came out on the Tuesday morning. Brandon, the technician, was familiar with the brand, troubleshot professionally. Replaced a part attached to the compressor and rectified a mistake that I had made in trying to do the job myself, I had installed incompatible parts. He had what was needed in the truck. Things were up and running in just a little over and hour. About two hours after tech left, I called GH to say the fridge was still not down to temperature. It was suggested I give it more time and call if it didn't cool properly. They were right! I learned to let the pros do it. Good outfit.

Went well and James was very professional! The washer would not drain and spin and the dryer would not heat! I already had the new heating element and washer parts; yet the price was a bit steep or so I thought, but in all honesty, I am not an expert at this stuff, so....

I noted a previous review that mentioned that the company responded and scheduled an appointment on a Sunday. I had the same problem. I emailed the company , and the owner replied and scheduled a Monday appointment within a few hours. Caleb arrived promptly, was quite friendly, and repaired the dryer within an hour. There is a reason that this company has a high rating on Angie's List. They are all prompt, polite, responsive and efficient.

He fixed my refrig so it would dispense ice again. Unfortunately it did not last long. I think it is a fault of the ice maker design. It stuffs up and freezes even with the new part he put in. I would recommend these people to anyone.

Went as expected & everything was covered by the warranty on the dishwasher.

Repair person was fantastic and extremely honest about issues with the Samsung ice makers. Could have charged me 250-300 to install a new one but issues would most likely occur again. Appreciate the honesty and tips on how to minimize ice maker from freezing going forward. Absolutely will use them again if I have any issues with any appliance!

Great. He had it working on under an hour. He also took a look at my fridge and got both the upper and lower ice makers working while he was there.

The ice and water dispenser on our GE Profile side by side stopped working. I emailed GH Appliance and they called us the same day and came over the next. Bobby was knowledgeable, professional and was able to fix our problem with that one trip! I would definitely call them again.

I submitted a request via their website on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call that evening! An appointment was made for the following morning. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed a bad timer in about 15 minutes and explained how it affected the heating element. He did not have the part on his truck and a second technician came the next day (also on time), replaced the part quickly. My dryer is running just like it did when it was new!
