Awesome.
Description of Work: Contacted George about an apparently common problem with the French door on my refrigerator and rather than coming out and charging me a bunch of money he told me how I could fix it for free. Description of Work: The problem was poor water flow on my 26 year old Montgomery Ward washer.The repair man arrived with the replacement parts in hand. I had described the problem and they agreed and had the parts in hand when they came through the door. Replaced the parts and checked the drive belt for me. Very professional and polite. Requested he bring a refrigerator magnet in so I would have an appliance repair company I could trust.

Description of Work: Service call was $70 and labor was $50. I had already purchased the part needed. Would of liked it if they would of included some of the service fee in the labor... I already knew what was wrong... But overall... I really liked their service and would recommend to anyone.

I think this review maybe meant for another company. We are based in Portsmouth, Va and service from Williamsburg, Va to Virginia beach, va. We do not service Fredricksburg, Va. Also I do not have a customer with the name [member name removed]. Nor did I have a job for any customers with the first name terry or last name [member name removed]. Furthermore, I have no messages in my Angie's List message center from a [member name removed]. In the review there are no notes, no approximate cost, no description of work. Description of Work: They told me they could fix the problem with my dryer: after a few hours they would be back the next day. When they came back the next day, after an hour they told me they couldn't fix it I've used them 2 times and I was disappointed both times.

Description of Work: Great, quick service. Movd into a house and garbage disposal stopped working within the week. Called a few appliance repair people, and these guys were first available to come out. Quickly diagnosed problem and gave me options. I chose to replace, and they replaced the disposal right away. No hassle, trustworthy. Would recommend without reservation.

Description of Work: I called George on a Saturday morning. He came over two hours later as he said he would. He looked at our refrigerator and could not find a definite problem. He said to call us back because it could be a faulty switch. The problem recurred And the refrigerator stopped cooling so he ordered the part and replaced it the next week
