Description of Work: Unable to fix problem, the internal light in the oven was not working, the repairman said that he was unable to fix the problem w/o replacing a control panel which was over $300 which was cost prohibitive to fix a light.

We thank all our customers for their reviews. However this one is a little off. We were able and are still able to repair this customers oven light. The relay on the control board for the oven light failed. The unit would need a new control for the customers light to work. The customer did not want to spend the money to repalce to control board for the light to work. The Control board cost was just over 300.00. Description of Work: They had to order a part. Bobby came first, and in addition to fixing the dishwasher, he also performed a small service on our oven door, which wasn't part of the deal. He was excellent. The man who came and installed the part was extremely nice, too. I would certainly call them again.

Description of Work: The tech came and quickly diagnosed my issue. The night before, our power was out for 3 hours and when it came back on the power surge zapped the control panel for my range. They went ty extra mile and found the part needed and had it expedited so that I could bake cookies with my 2 year old granddaughter. (Her birthday is 12/17) It's very rare to find repair techs who are honest, caring, and dedicated to customer service...but GH Appliance does that and so much more! If you need a tech...call them first and they will take care of you!
