Description of Work: I had a thermal detector device replaced on the dryer. The gentleman completed that job in 5 minutes. He was punctual and efficient. The only negative was that it would have been better if he had booties to cover his work shoes when he came in but he more than made up for that with the job he did. Although my air duct from the dryer went through to the outside 2nd level and he did not have a ladder on his car, he made do with a little ladder that I had to reach up and clean my air duct. It was a long and arduous process because he had to really stretch each time to reach the air duct but he persisted and finished the job. The entire job cost about $300. I was pleased with his work and called his supervisor to tell him so.

Description of Work: Services were performed on 28 Jun for a diagnosis of why my ice machine was not working. That was $70.00 and I'm ok with that. Dual intake valve was problem, had to order and install the next day, $50.00 Labor and $89.00 for the part. I'm ok with that too. Ice machine working, but the water dispenser does not work now, the filter bangs and bangs and little to no water. I called on 29 Jun and told GH Appliance Repair and he said he would get someone out to check why am I not getting water dispersed since installing the dual water intake. It has now been 13 days, no one came back, no call, but the checks got cashed.
