He was very thorough and explained what was going on with my washer. My initial problem was a leak however he evaluated the washer and showed me the barrel was not stable thus it was not worth repairing.

Very responsive! Quickly analyzed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day! Highly recommend them!

Great! Technician arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, and ordered part over his cell phone, which was supposed to be picked up the next afternoon. Problem was the parts dealer closed early that day because of the pandemic. Technician informed me that he had ordered the part from another source and it would be delivered to his home address. The part was delivered the next day, and technician called and was at the house within an hour, and had the freezer fixed within 30 minutes. All at the agreed price. I repeat, service and technician were both GREAT!

Two hiccups; 1st trip they brought the wrong hood; second trip the right hood had been damaged in shipment. Third trip worked great. Took only 20 minutes to install and test.

Had part with him and it was taken care of on one trip call. Technician was polite, informative about what he was doing and why. This was a repair I was dreading that turned out to be a pleasant one.

It didn't. We discussed a price, I advd I had serv fee but not money for repair if it was a pump. It was suggested that his service people come out to see what was needed and when i go money for what needed to be done, I could call back and a service person would come back out. When I called the following day --- a couple of time , no one called me back. I a couple of times, Then Arthur Few called me from Fewman Service and Repair and was at my location in an hour. Arthur fixed the problem . I never recd a call back from GH. Not even to tell me they didn't want to do the job. Arthur was much more reasonable with his service fee of 55.00 while GH quoted 75.00.

Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company to others.

He checked the washer and confirmed what we thought was the problem. He was honest telling me that it would be very expensive to repair ,but if I wanted it repaired he would do it. My husband and I had researched what we thought was the problem and knew it would not be worth the repair bill. He confirmed that was the case. I appreciate the honesty. I will use them again if the need arises and highly recommend the company.

Very quick initial response but non-responsive since; called office on Friday, December 13, and a polite, knowledgeable technician was on-site the next day to assess. Asked that the repair be done on or before Thursday, December 19, subject to parts availability; technician was to call on Monday or Tuesday, December 16 or 17, to give parts availability. As I had not gotten any calls by December 18, I left a voice mail for the technician that day to reschedule the work after the holidays. Despite voice mails to the technician on December 31, and to the office on January 8, and January 11, have had no further contact. Based on their non-responses I'm going elsewhere.

Company new exactly the problem and came with repair parts.

Call them. You can trust them. I've already posted a review for the refrigerator. When another company left me hanging last Christmas, G H came to the rescue. Where the other company told me I'd have to have a repair and left me hanging for over a week for parts that the company could never get, Cory from G H told me in 5 min. that a repair would not work. I had to get a new refrigerator, but I appreciated his speed and honesty. My dishwasher is now making a funny noise during part of the cycle, so I immediately called G H. Cory was scheduled with me again. This time we talked on the phone and I was able to describe more clearly what was happening, He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that he could fix it, but it would take time to get a part and the repair would be more than just buying a new machine. Again, I appreciated his honesty and took his advice, so he never came to the house. I would rather deal with an honest person and pay whatever it costs (or doesn't). The next time I need an appliance worked on, G H will be my first call.
