I called this morning to request service. I spoke with George, who provided me with an appointment for today. He was courteous. Will, the service technician, arrived on time. He was professional, polite, and quickly able to diagnoses the problem. Furthermore, he guided me through the process to help me understand how to correct the problem, in the event that it happens again. The price was reasonable. I will absolutely be a return customer.

Emailed provider through Angie's List at 0725. He responded at 0732 with a number for me to call. After having me discribe the problem he told me he would be more than happy to come out however it would cost more to fix the problem than to replace the unit. He then gave me advice on who to call to get the company (Whirlpool) to fix the problem or if I needed to buy a new unit what company was having the least problems with what units. He was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to talk with and seemed very trustworthy.

George got the part and fixed it the same day I called!

George was able to make a same day service call. He arrived promptly. he quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator as a leak in the sealed system and advised me to contact Kitchenaid for the repair as the machine was still under warranty. My only regret is that now I have to deal with Kitchenaid instead of George.

Great job! You could tell he knew what he was doing. It took 2 visits because parts had to be ordered, but I was only charged for one service call. I was told to allow 10 days for parts and he would call and schedule a time to install them. I received a call on the 10th day and an appointment was set up for the very next day.

G H Appliance repair came out and replaced the heating element on our Samsung dryer. They also re-cleaned out dryer vent, that was previously not done 100% by a previous service provider. | |The whole process went very well, and the technician was very professional. I would be more than willing to use these guys for future repair needs.

Contractor returned call promptly. Gave a time that he would call that evening for an appt. time and he called as promised. Had appt. for the next day and showed up. Had to order part but had it the next day after that. Very responsive, very courteous. Will use again if needed.

I called the number listed on Angies list and George the owner answered. He was very friendly, said he could have someone come out whenever it was convenient for me and replace the rubber gasket on my front loading washer. He gave me the price of the part, labor, and quote including the discount from the coupon on Angies list. It was the cheapest after calling for a few quotes. HIs tech, William, came on the day and time requested and replaced the and part. He was friendly and invited me to watch him if I wanted too. Everything from start to finish was professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I will definitely call these guys again.

I called George and described the problem to him over the phone because I needed to figure out whether it was worth trying to get it repaired. He has a pretty good idea of what the problem was based on our discussion and thought it could be fixed for about $100 or so. He was willing to come out the same day, but I had to set the appointment up for two days later due to my work schedule. He advised they would call me the night before between 7 - 8 to tell me the time frame they would be by. Will called me at 730 as promised and told me the technician would be by. between 11 - 1 and would call before he arrived. Bobby called me at 1055 advising he was 15 minutes away. He immediately diagnosed the problem which was exactly what George said he thought it was and had the stuff he needed to fix it on the spot. It took him about 45 minutes to do the work and he cleaned up the area before he left. Bobby was polite and knowledgeable and very thorough. This is the second time this year I have called GH Appliance Repair to repair an appliance with the exact same result - calling when they say they will call, arriving when they way they will arrive, and actually fixing the problem for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any needed appliance repairs. All three people I talked to were on teh same sheet of music. Thanks Bobby for a job well done!

They came the SAME day I called for service. I was so excited to have my ice maker repaired too, it's the little things in life sometimes that are so big. I've been opening the freezer door forever having to take the ice out of the bin because it was not dropping down through the outside of the door properly. I was happy to know the ice maker needed a new part too and it wasn't just jammed. The part was replaced right then, the ice was saved and I was having ice out of the door again. I asked if they could go ahead and replace the water filter since they were there. They did that as well, had the filter available right then! Very friendly, efficient service!

Great customer service. Called back same day and took our info. Called that evening by 7pm as promised and gave us time for next day repairs. Called again next day to confirm, and then called again to say he was on his way. Awesome!

I repairman was on time. He quickly diagnosed to problem, and even had the replacement part in his van to fix the unit. While I have no idea if the price for the part that he replaced was fair or not, I am not complaining. The refrigerator is now working, and their service was excellent. I could not be more pleased with their service. I would use them again.cond home

I chose GH Applicance Repair based on Angie's List reviews. I was not disappointed!! I called GH in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for the same day. George was running a bit behind, but called me to let me know. When he came a short while later, he quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared out the ice "puddles" in my freezer compartment (this is a side-by-side model), opened the back of the fridge, cleared out the evaporator hose from 11 years of lint. He then cleaned the condenser, rechecked the evaporator drain in freezer and pronounced her well:) George also checked the door seals and temp. settings. All in all, this was a pleasant experience, with a knowledgeable and personable repair professional. I would not hesitate to use him again and he also repairs dishwashers, washers, dryers and microwaves. This one is a keeper!! Thank you so much, George, and thank you Angie's List.

Will was great! He showed up on time and did the work without any issues. I was worried that we might have to purchase a new fridge, but he was able to replace a few parts for us. They even tried to do some trouble shooting over the phone which really impressed me! Fridge works great now...thanks!

He was able to come over the same day that I called. He was professional and completed the job quickly. I called other companies and his prices were similar. I would hire him again.

He is very quick, prompt, courteous, thorough, and clean. He had to order a part but for the mean time he did grease the part to prevent the loud squeaking noise for the meanwhile. I asked if I could watch and you could tell he knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased.

I explained most of this above, The job took about 15 minutes. My washer has been working all week and I do about 4 loads of laundry a day.

When I called G H in the early afternoon, my call was returned promptly and I was given an appointment for later that day, for which I was not only impressed but also very grateful since the washer had left me in a mess. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and William was able to diagnose the problem quite quickly. I was also very happy to know that, because the lid part failure is apparently a common occurrence, the replacement part was readily available from the service truck and did not involve any ordering and waiting for installation. I also appreciated being called by William to let me know when he was on his way to my house, and he certainly showed up in the window that I'd be given earlier. I would not hesitate to use G H in the future.

The technician came promptly and identified a broken part. He put the part on order and returned when the part came in. He was prompt and courteous. He compared the broken part to the new part and showed me what the problem was. I will definitely use this company again when I need an appliance repaired.

Excellent job. I guess this is a fairly common problem with this brand but, I can't complain-the washer is 12 years old. Anyway, paying $200 rather than buying a new mixed match for me is the better option. This is the only problem I've ever had with the pair. Look forward to several more years. Will call G H Appliance for any repair in the future.
