He immediately identified the problem, secured the water source to stop the leak, and placed the broken part on order. He also cleaned up all spilled water inside and out of the freezer. The day the part arrived, he installed it. Again, everything was extremely fast and expertly done. As long as I live in this area, I won't need to look for another company. 100% recommend to everyone else. I wish all contractors were this good.

Prompt, friendly, professional. Assessment of problems, and material needed to rectify, was quick, as was the repair. Cost was fair, and about what I expected, though I have no benchmark to compare. The technician was up front about price and time to execute repairs-I was pleased, and would hire again if the need arises.

The technician tested the refrigerator and outlet for electrical faults. Finding no issues recommended cleaning refrigerator compressor and electricals due to refrigerator being in the garage. No problems since the service call.

Only problem is that I did not receive the receipt via email as anticipated. Perhaps the gentleman keyed in the address incorrectly. We were very pleased. They were great. They repaired my dish washer that generally takes a different part then other dish washers and he just happened to have the part that it needed.

It was $75 for them to come out and look at it. They didn?t do anything, no repair work. They basically told me they couldn?t repair the washer. The estimate was very complete. They were prompt, on time, were honest as far as their ability to repair the washing machine. I would recommend them.

They were very good. They came at the appropriate time. They called us. They had everything. They did a good job. They gave a reasonable estimate over the phone and everything. It was $75 to come out and look at it and that was a credit and it was like $125 for the part. The price was better than whatever the manufacturer would have had. They called us back. They were there when they said they would. I actually wasn't home and it was my wife that was there when they came. I just spoke with them on the phone but she said they were very nice and she liked them.

It went great! It has been almost a month since the repair and my dishwasher is working as it used to; I again have clean dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. without spots. The technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He even taught me how to clean the filter to keep this particular problem from recurring.

They came out the same day I called, identified a failed electronics card, and replaced it in about 30 minutes.

Tech plugged in the appliances that had been in the flood first. I thought he should have dried out the components prior to plugging them in, but I'm not an appliance repair guy. 2 out of 4 of the appliances were ok. The other two, after he blew them with compressed air and they dried out for 2 more days began to work so no service parts were needed. The tech was very friendly and professional. My standby appliance company that has been in the area for years never returned my phone call, so I thought I would give these guys a try. The dishwasher install was performed very quickly and works well.

once diagnosed they realized a new board was needed. one was ordered but it didn't fit so an older model circuit board was needed and ordered. when that came in it fixed everything. it took more time to get it fixed than i expected but that happens and i'm glad they were able to find the right part.

Perfect: came on time, correct diagnosis with explanation to me; ordered part and returned a day early when the part came in. Repair was done right & the freezer works just fine now.

Perfect repair. I called & told them the problem. They gave me a time and a "window" of hours & called the day before, as well as 15 minutes before they arrived. Diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix, while they ordered the part. Called again to set up the time to install the new part, called again 15 minutes before arrival, fixed the freezer, presented the bill which was exactly the estimate. Freezer is working fine now.

The technician, Bryan, came by Thursday afternoon to determine the problem. Listened to the dial on the timer and called the shop to see how long it would take to order a new one. It would be in the next day so we set Sat am for the repair. Bryan was here right around 8 am Sat and finished within 30 minutes. Bryan was very personable and professional. I will call G H Appliance Repair next time I need a repair.

My refrigerator wasn't keeping items very cold. I called G H and they came out the same day, within a few hours. There was a defrost issue caused by a bad defrost terminator and it was replaced. The fridge is now cooling perfectly. The technician was pleasant and helpful and answered all questions directly. I have used G H before and would not consider using another appliance repair company. They always show up promptly, do not overcharge, and the things they fix stay fixed.

Called G H Appliance when our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling yesterday afternoon. The individual I spoke to on the phone was very personable and asked detailed questions to isolate the problem as much as possible. He apologized as they were fully booked for that day but promised to get someone out the next day. I received a call last evening scheduling the visit for 11am-1pm today. At about 11:40am today (on time!), Brandon arrived and set to work. He was able to isolate the problem and completely repair our 6 year old refrigerator in about an hour. He was very pleasant and was very careful with everything. He also clearly explained what he found and how he fixed it, which I something I always really appreciate. Cleaned up the area at the end of the visit. Refrigerator is working like new now! Very pleased with this experience and highly recommend.
