Description of Work: We called Edwards after another company wouldn't ever show up to do the job. Casey of Edwards Guttering responded to my call for an estimate in less than 24 hours, the work was completed less than 7 days later. The entire process was top notch, from the estimate to the completed work. The Edwards staff was prompt, experienced and professional. The gutters look great and increase the curb appeal of our home. Our home has a "Hip" roof, so the gutters go all the way around the house. I can't speak highly enough of Edwards Guttering.

Description of Work: Bought the 79.00 gutter cleaning deal on January 2. They emailed me that they would be out to do the work on January 18. They were a no show...I sent email to ask when they would be able to get to it. No response. It is now February 6. Have been more than patient...will get refund and use another company.

Description of Work: Fine work/product except for two things: 1. did not clean up as well as my wife would have liked and 2. we had a disagreement on final price, installer was charging $200 more than quote. After discussion, a call to the home office, he did finally agree on the quoted price.

The salesman was on-time, not pushy at all with honest suggestions of upgrades which would benefit us such as adding a downspout to intelligently balance the water load. She brought with her gutter, downspout and Rhinoguard samples and the full color sample swatch set. She answered our questions with answers I could appreciate, not a bunch of infomercial-like salesmanship. She also answered all of the questions I wanted to ask before I brought them up, such as method of fastening, distance between fasteners, rotten wood check and replacement costs/procedures, etc. The only negative with the quote/sales visit was that they didn't carry our current color. She had recently attempted to find it to no avail. I deduct no marks for this, I don't view it as their fault and she was up front and honest about it, but it was unfortunate (if not helpful in our eventual migration to a new color scheme of our choosing). The installers were on-time, friendly and efficient. No problems and the workmanship looks good. They were in and out in about four hours and didn't leave a trace, new gutters aside. For me, the bottom line is sales. I absolutely will not hire a pushy salesman and push them to the door at the first peep of dirtbagmanship. I got none of this from Edward's and was immediately pleased with the price which was less than I'd expected. They topped it off with a great install. Recommended.
Description of Work: Gutter replacement/installation. Two-story house, approx 2500 SQFT incl 2-car garage. Replaced gutters on house, garage and shed. Replaced with seamless. Upgraded to wide-mouth downspouts. They accommodated our rain barrels, custom fitting the downspouts, eliminating my unsightly hack-job.
