Edward's Gutter

First after the new gutters were installed in 2016, I was quite satisfied, but soon I found out that the gutters were leaking. I tried cleaning the gutters but it did not really help. I made a number of calls but there were no responses. At last I received a response, with a request to send the work order, which I did. The warranty was for 5 years. Then after a couple of weeks I received a message that everything should be OK, and today (12/18/2019) I received another message with a $150 charge for a service call, which I never asked for and which did nothing. I paid $3000 for installation of new gutters in 2016. I will never hire this company again and would not advice anyone to do this.

Check l along roof, he stated the roof was fine and it rained back through, and he didn’t do anything.

The contractor provided a reasonable estimate within 24 hours of my call. I was given an estimated install date for the following week and except for a small delay due to worker calling out they arrived when they said. The quality of the work was extremely good and the workers were very courteous. The job was completed in one day (5 hours)

The new team came out and fixed the problems, and my gutters are working now. I am grateful to Casey for taking ownership of the previous owner's issues, and fixing them! You can see how high our sunroom is in the photo attached.

They missed appointment and they agreed to a refund

Purchased on December 9, 2016. In February of 2017 after more than 15 phone calls attempting to get the vendor to show up, I threatened a law suit if they did not come within the next 3 days. Only then was I offered a refund after the two months of frustration trying to get them to perform the work. In the meantime I had a foot of snow on the roof and if the weather had not turned favorable and quickly melted the snow, the clogged gutters would have caused an ice dam forcing water into my home.

This was a $79 big deal purchase. It went great. They came out right after I bought the deal. It was excellent service. They sent out two people to do the work. It did not take them very long to do the service, only about 45 minutes. They cleaned up everything. This was the only time I used this company.

The gutter cleaning was scheduled for January 25th. They did not show up and did not call. I sent them an email and they did not respond to that either./

Used the gutter cleaning special (they also blew the limbs/leaves from the roof), repaired a short gutter section that was damaged along with adjusting some minor issues. At first, we were planning to use a scrap piece I had but Mr. Edward didn't feel comfortable with it being a little too short. Next day they came back and installed the new gutter as promised at no additional cost. Great experience.

had appt for 12/27 no one showed up or called to say there was an issue . call later that date rescheduled for 12/28 still a no show . I call several times and get voice mail left several vm's. Also sent emails to Edwards Gutters as a follow up but have not recieved a response

It went fine. They didn't really do a lot. They responded pretty quickly, they just weren't available until November. They were on time. They were professional. They left the area nice.

Very well. Installed new gutters and downspout & a leaf guard. They were quick, clean and priced fairly. Hard to find honest work these days, Edwards fits my bill.

The work was performed very professionally, the main bulk was completed in one day (the first day was devoted to painting the PVC boards). They noticed and fixed several existing problems. After the work was complete, they cleaned the area very well.

We are impressed with the responsiveness of their representative to our initial call. She came to our home, discussed the project, took measurements and gave us a quote for under $700. Other quotes we'd received for this same work were between 2,000 - $2,500. They showed up on time and completed the work in 2.5 hours. Edwards came out to the house to look at the job and quoted $550 to replace 40' of gutter with two downspouts with their product. They came out the day of the job and contact my realtor to say they could repair and reinstall the existing gutter so it would match the rest of the house. We OK'd that solution and they got needed materials for connections and returned the following week. The repair was completed and old gutter replaced. I never actually saw the work but the realtor said it was fine. The issue arose when they charged me $550 to repair and replace the old gutter section, which was about 12' with two corners. That option was fine but did not seem to justify the same cost as providing the entire new gutter run across the front of the house. They did have to provide materials to repair the joints that were damaged by the person who removed it. I paid the invoice for $550 but have tried to contact them to provide an explanation of why the cost was so high for this alternate job scope. They have not returned my call, so I am disappointed with their customer service. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area where the home is and have since sold it, so it's difficult to have to deal with this issue. If they can justify the cost, I would understand but I feel like I've been taken somehow.

Very responsive to request for estimate. Girl who came out to do estimate advised us to get larger downspouts to handle the volume of rain from the roof. I was making a color change for the trim of the house, so we replaced all of it. When I asked about guards, she recommended the lower cost option since the higher cost option would not be needed. I appreciated her honesty. Other gutter cleaners had recommended the same guards with a much higher cost estimate. We scheduled a day within the month and the two man crew did an excellent job installing the new gutters. The guards come with a 100% guarantee to not get clogged or they will come out to clean them.

They did a fantastic job. I got 4 different quotes. Edwards was the only company willing to install the gutter guard product of my choice. They worked with me to get the install done correctly even though it was a new product and took a little tweaking. Price was very fair and reasonable.

The entire experience working with Edwards was first-rate. They were honest, no hype, clearly communicated about the products and services, came to do the work on schedule, and charged a very reasonable price. The gutters look great and perform very well.

Everything went smoothly. Mildred came out to my property and quoted me an estimate. She gave me the best estimate from all 3 Gutter Companies. So needless to say I signed a contact on the spot. A week later her crew came out and removed all my existing gutters and installed brand new leaf guard gutters. There were 2 crew members working on my gutters. I believe one of them was the owner and the other was his helper but they were very professional and worked continuous until the gutters were installed and cleanup was complete. So, if anyone is in the Hampton Roads area thats looking for Gutters please give Edwards Gutters a call for a quote. You def won't be disappointed.

Came out and gave estimate. Great price. Came out the next week and installed. Very happy.

The estimate I received was perfect. They were a little late to start but did the job quickly and it looks great.
