Done Right Home Repair

Excellent response on estimate and getting all the work done.

I contacted Done RightHome Repair to get an estimate of work that needed to be done on the property that I rent on behalf of the property management company. My neighbor had used Done right and he and his wife were very pleased. However, the property management did not choose Done right Home Repair. I wish that they had.

The work was never done as the contractor never came out to do it.

They were very helpfull and prompt. They charged what they quoted. I had no problem with the service. Originally they quoted me on a generic door but I wanted a coshjbjtume door. THey took back the genereaic and got me the door i wanted with out a problem.

Called for estimate, received prompt estimate. I had to postpone work to fit in with other activities. When I called to schedule work, they promptly showed up and performed job. The two folks who showed up to perform work were skilled, professional, and overall nice folks. Overall, an excellent experience. Will use again in the future.

The existing backsplash was removed and new cement backer board was installed. The backer board was prepped and seams mudded and taped. Danny, the tile installer, installed my new glass mosaic tile and grouted. The job turned out great.

Called for quote. Earliest appointment was one week out, but Matt was on time. Written quote came in same day unlike others which took longer or did not bother to give me a written quote. Quote was comparable as other written quote. After considering both chose Done Right Home Repair. Done Right came out to do the work next week and was complete the week after. There was a slight delay due to items being out of stock for porch repair. But company was always on time and there when they said they would be. Work was done well and with little disturbance to me.

On time to walk around and provide estimate. He was very courteous and informative. The work was done quickly on the agreed to date/time.

I contacted five contractors and of the five only one could come right away, but wanted to charge for an estimate as a service call. Needless to say, I was not interested in that company’s services. I left a message for the other four. Only one of those four was professional enough to call me back, schedule an appointment and keep it. This one was not one of them. In fact, someone did call me back several days later and apologized, scheduled an appointment but never showed or bothered to contact me. Extremely disappointed and unimpressed.

They were really good. They were busy and made sure they got my work done before I had to move. The work was nice and done quickly.

The contractor met with me within a few days of my initial inquiry. He was professional and provided an estimate on the spot that seemed reasonable, so I requested that work begin the following week. No one showed up or contacted me for 13 days, so I called their office. They apologized for the delay, but agreed to start within a few days. Once the repairs began they were completed quickly. In spite of the initial delay, I was satisfied with the quality of their work and plan to use them again in the future.

Outstanding. On time. Quick diagnosis of leak and replaced at no charge.

Done Right Home Repair is owned by a great, personable, professional named Greg who scheduled everything perfectly, kept me informed, and had the work to my cedar siding and decks completed on schedule and with high quality workmanship, and at a very reasonable price. I was so happy to be able to call them to find out the status of my repairs (there were a number of days that were delayed due to rainy weather here in Virginia) and everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. I should expand on that last point: Everyone from the owner to the various crew members that came out to work on my house were friendly and very professional. I actually cannot think of how anyone could do this job better. I've established to have Done Right to come out once a year to suggest maintenance work that I might have done to keep my house in good shape - I had let things slide for 5-6 years so there were many things that needed to be done such as replacing a lot of cedar siding. Any other work that I need I will immediately call Done Right Home Repair to have them come over!

When we contacted them them the response was a few hours later. They apologized for taking so long. I told them what I wanted done and they gave me a decent price. I asked them when they coould start and was tolfd it could be started in two days. They were prompt and notified me each day the y came over. Tdhey were very courteous and professional.

They came on time, and did what they were supposed to do. Their price was excellent, and the quality of their work was good. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a really good job and I was pleased with the work. They came the next day and got the job done. I have asked them to come and give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my home.

I had a two story house, so they had to climb all over my house. I thought they did a good job.

We had a problem getting the ceiling fixed. We had a lot of problems on the project. We would probably not use them again because we had problems with communication.

Met them at the shop picked out what we wanted ordered it had it installed and so far so good.

They did an excellent job. The price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

It went very well. During consultation, Greg helped flesh out details of my rather sketchy intallation plans. His assitant, Trish, did a phenomenal job researching material options, which ultimately shaved $200 from the construction cost. They were very personable, professional. They were also very flexible in scheduling, which was essential as I also needed the irrigation company to reroute and reconfigure some heads after the layout had been staked but before any other work could begin. There were a few details that had missed his attention initially, which I found disapointing. For example, the tree was small enough that its stump did not require grinding, but nonetheless altered the terrain such there would have been far less than the planned 4 inches of playground mulch almost directly under a swing. It was already covered with landscaping cloth before I realized that he was planning to leave it as is. When I pointed it out, however, he did address it. That said, there were also some unexpected installation hurdles involving parts, leveling and terrain, which he addressed beautifully. Now month's out, I remain thrilled at the completed job. Everything is square, solid and beautiful. We and our friends have been enjoying it, and I am SOOO happy not only that I decided not to try it on my own, but also that I chose Greg and Trish for the job.

When contacted, responded almost immediately, and gave estimate I felt was very appropriate. He gave me a start day and was on time. They told me what they were going to do. It took two days too finish the job and they were there on time the next day.

They are very professional. They are pretty much on the schedule. I would use them in the future.
