They showed up promptly that morning and had my new system running by the afternoon. They checked all my ductwork and repaired any areas that were weak. We have had the system for almost a year and it works great. My heating and cooling bills have been about 10% less than our old system. We can't even hear the system when it runs and it keeps the house an even temperature at all times. The programmable thermostat is excellent. I would recommend A/C Masters to all my friends and the Carrier system is excellent.

My ac froze-up a couple of times recently and then on the hottest day the compressor wouldn't come on at all--it got to be 93' in the house even with window fans--I called the above company in the morning and they agreed to work me into their schedule. They called me back as agreed to tell me when my estimated repair time would be. The technician was actually about 30 minutes early of the estimate which was great considering how hot it was! He listened to my experience with the ac, examined the inside unit, examined and tested the outside unit and told me that besides the freon needing charging the capacitor needed replacing. He had the correct model capacitor in his van and after replacing it and adding 2 lbs of freon the ac is running great! He said as my unit is less that 4 years he didn't think the tiny leak was in my coils and that he didn't see anything out side--He HAD offered to run a check to find the leak--but I asked him just to charge it and that we'd find the leak later--I had decided to purchased a service agreement with the company and with the agreement and when it wasn't SO HOT outside I'd schedule to find the leak. I was really impressed with the friendly but professional manner of the employees...plus the clean-cut appearance, better than on time arrival, and he didn't make a mess! The total bill was less than my guesstimate of the service call, capacitor (he did tell me the price of it when he found it was bad), and freon--also less than my actual budget!

I also need my heating system check up in the fall so I saved $60 by purchasing their annual maintenance/service program. Gentleman was very professional, explained each step and shared helpful tips for maintaining my system between his visits. Very pleased.

I cannot provide first-hand information since my husband handled this transaction, but he was impressed with the responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

The first time we spent under $100. Both experiences were very good. They came out the same day the first time because it was winter and they didn't charge anything. The whole experience was very good. They were the least expensive.

our A/C quit working during the night. It was a hot summer day when I called to see if they had someone that could come take a look at it. They responded promptly. John, the service technician, was friendly, informative, prompt and a pleasure to do business with.Total length of call was approximately 40 minutes from arrival to departure.

They were great, they finished the work fine. They ended up not fixing the problem correctly so they came back and fixed it again no additional charge which was great. I was happy with their service, and their price was originally reasonable.

Thisi s the second time I have used A/C Masters. I was impressed with the first job they did for me (Gas Furnace and Electric A/C unit). I was as equally impressed and statisfied this time. They sent a representative to give me an estimate and go over my options. I found that to be helpful. They encountered a few unexpected issues during the installation but did not charge me extra. They were prompt and always followed up when I had questions. After the unit was installed, they sent out a tech to show me how to program the thermostat. Their price was fair and they pay attention to the detail.

On time, extremely polite, explained everything to our satisfaction, showed us the defective part (which had obviously burned out). Everything was done exactly according to the estimate and they were reasonably-priced.
