It went very well. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He discovered a couple of items outside of the scope of the bi-annual maintenance and made reasonable recommendations for correcting them. I am very happy with the service I have received so far.

They had better pricing for the same equipment other companies had given us estimates for. Their employees were very friendly and accommodating.

Got very pleasant response from office, and they called back in less than 2 hours to say a tech was available and would be right with us. Alan (sp?) showed up a few minutes later, found the problem right away, fixed it with a part he had right there, and we're cool! I'd recommend this company 100 percent. Thanks guys!

Very quick response to my phone call. Appointment scheduled within a few days. Technician arrived on time. Diagnostic work was very thorough with detailed explanation and great patience with my questions. Was able to replace two large fuses on this ~28 year old unit, clean up the electrical contacts, and restore to full operation. Very pleased with the service and will certainly use this contractor again when needed.

I was in the midst of preparing for the closing of the sale on the house. Time was a high priority. Scott met me at the house at about 8:30am and by 2pm the same day the new outside Condenser unit had been replaced, was blowing cold, and the old unit hauled away. I was amazed at the speed of the installation.

I have purchased 3 systems from A/C Masters now as I have a number of rental homes. They have given me competitive prices but what sticks out about them is their service and their willingness to honor their warranties when things go wrong. While I have had several issues with the Carrier units they installed, they have been there with me to get them fixed and the tenants back with heat or AC quickly. The most recent was last night when they came out on short notice, fixed the unit quickly and professionally. The technician was wonderful from what I heard...knowledgeable and professional. I will call them again as the need arises both for service and to quote new systems. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Called to schedule an appointment and the dispatcher was very nice. She told me she would probably be able to send someone out around 4PM the same day. The tech arrived at about 4:30 and quickly found a leak. The only diagnostics he did was visually inspect the outdoor units and put a leak detector on the visible leak site....no gauges or pressure tests or anything so there could have been more leaks. He said the system would need to be recovered before the leak could be fixed and then pressure tested and recharged. Several hours of work which he said would need to be scheduled with the office. I thought that was kind of strange but I wasn't going to argue with him. He left and never heard back from the office for an estimate or an appointment to schedule the repairs. Two days later a different company came out about 4:30PM and performed the work no problem. Even though I told him where the leak was he still went through his process to identify the leak and any other possible leaks which was much more involved than what the A/C Masters tech did. The A/C Masters tech didn't give me a quote but did give me a rough estimate for how much it would cost and the company that performed the work charged about half as much for refrigerant which was a large portion of the job since the system was empty. So not really sure why they send techs out if they are not going to fix things that are fixable. I could understand if it was a parts availability issue or something but it was a simple fix that just required a couple hours to perform the work. $90 dollars wasted for 30 min and no heat.

Very smoothly as it always does. Adrianna the sevice tech is very pleasant as well as being knowlegable and efficient.

Installation of new heating and cooling unit was installed the next day after quote. Everything was done professionally. Installers were courteous and respectful of property. House is much cooler, efficient, and quieter. It wasn't cheap, but will save 40% on heating and cooling as told by my neighbors that did similar.

Javier Aguirre delivered as promised...and his team of experts did a superlative job. Thus far, am extremely pleased with the Carrier system they installed!

Great service, fast and very professionally. Allen showed me where the problem was and also pointed out what part need to be ordered. Hopefully it will get here in a few days and it can be installed so my fan will cut off.

They are excellent communicators, punctual, sell good products at a reasonable price and have a well trained staff. They also stand behind their products and workmanship.

I pay $230 a year for 2 maintenance checks a year. It's just one person that comes out. It probably takes about an hour and a half to complete the service.

They are amazing. They are very, very good. The cost was part of a bigger, construction contract. They were very professional, neat, and on time. Honestly there is nothing they could do any better. They are rock stars. They are primarily used for commercial work.

One of our A/C units wasn't working in the spring, and they came out and reset it. It's been working ever since.

They did a very good job all the way around. They were very responsive. They delivered what they said they would. The house is much cooler now and everything works. It took them two days to do the installation. The workers were good guys and very friendly. They did good work.

Took a little while to get scheduled but when we did, they showed up with a crew and knocked it out in two days doing everything they said they would. Problem fixed. Other companies looked at the job and didn't call back or simply didn't call back. The original installer no-showed us and didn't return our call after. Javier and his crew at AC Masters took care of us, right before the temperature changed!

I have a service contract with them. They are very responsive and helpful. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. I have been using them for a few years.

I pay for the whole year and so, I don't remember. It is a contract. They are great. I had interviewed several companies when I was going to have my air conditioning system replaced. A/C Masters gave me the best price and the most hopeful information in picking them. They are all around great. The workers are professional and very nice.

They gave us a quote and gave us several options on how we wanted to do the new system and they recommended that would be best for the way our house was laid out and then they were quick but efficient in putting the system. There was one issue after it was done and they came right back out and fixed it immediately.
