Description of Work: Heat pump pressure kept getting too high, causing me to have to repeateldy reset the pressure cutout switch on the outside condensor. Called the company at noon on a Saturday, and technician was at my house only 2 hours later! No extra cost for weekend service. Before arriving, technician and I spoke on the phone where I described the problem. He offered suggestions on things I could do to fix the problem myself in order to save me some $$, but I had already done what he suggested so a service call was necessary. Technician was as professional as they come, and competent. He first checked the air intake to ensure filter type was not restricting airflow. He then went in the attic to inspect coils for cleanliness, and they were clean. He then explained that thelikely cause was a refrigerant overcharge. He hooked up his meters to the outside tank and all the while explained how he was conducting his diagnosis. He determined that the system was overcharged, explained how he determined this given all the readings he was taking, and purged the excess coolant.
