GENE'S PLUMBING SERVICE INC

Description of Work: Gene's Plumbing responded promptly to my request for trouble-shooting a problem with the well at my house. The service man quoted a price to pull the pump from the well and replace it with a new one. The price for all the work was reasonable and I agreed for them to do the work, which they scheduled for the following day. We have a second well which we were able to switch over to after the first one stopped working so I contacted Gene's Plumbing to tell them we didn't need them to come out and replace the pump in the first well. There is no doubt that we need a new pump in the first well but replacing it right now would be very hard to do financially. The price to come out and trouble-shoot the problem was originally $150.00; however, Gene's reduced the trip cost to $100.00 because they didn't have to come out the next day to install a new pump. When we are ready to replace the bad pump in the first well, Gene's Plumbing will be the company we call because they treated us very fairly and professionally. I would recommend them to others based on their promptness in responding and their fairness in billing.
