Awesome. This service was for my mother's home. Everything went perfectly and it was worth every penny. Woodbridge Plumbing Inc. called to advise when the plumber was on his way. The plumber arrived on time, performed the work that was requested, beautifully and efficiently, and was very clean about it. The plumber always asked before he performed work that would be aesthetically altering. He also revealed that my mom's home has an indoor shut off valve and showed me where it was located (Kinnett didn't have a clue, he and his staff used to turn the water off at the street). The work done by Woodbridge Plumbing, Inc. was 100% professional. They honored my requests respectfully and efficiently and always cleaned up after themselves. I experienced a standard of skill and professionalism that was absent in my previous attempt with this plumbing request.

We discovered our toilet was leaking the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Since we were going away for the weekend, we wanted to find a plumber that could come out the same day. Woodbridge Plumbing was able to be at our home 45 minutes after we called! The technician was very good and took care of the leak quickly and neatly. The price seemed a little high, but for emergency service the price was reasonable. We would use again if needed for quick response to plumbing services.

Great job as always! Scott was on time, quickly made the repair and at an extremely low price. This Company is the BEST! Before they were recommended to me by my neighbor who highly recommended them, I dreaded calling for plumbing services because I knew I would be stressed and broke by the time they left my home. If you're calling those big name companies with all those advertisements on TV, just remember you are paying for their advertising and high overhead! It's so much smarter to go with a local company whose employees are obviously not working on a commission - I learned that they hard way. An honest company whose quality and price can't be beat. Following mixed experiences with several other plumbers, this was the first time I had used Woodbridge Plumbing. Scott arrived on time and quickly got to work. I was expecting to find out that the solutions to my 2 plumbing problems would be major and expensive. However, Scott quickly pointed out that the odor problem was caused by a buildup in the drain and was not a problem with the trap. He cleaned out the drain and showed me how I could do so myself in the future. For the faucet leak problem I was prepared to replace two faucets--the leaking one and the matching one next to it. Scott replaced a few components in the leaking & noisy faucet and that took care of the problem. Rarely have I been more satisfied by a plumber's visit. As a result I will continue to use Woodbridge Plumbing in the future...and will recommend the company to others.

They did a good job with the work, and they were on time. The travel cost was a little expensive, but they told us that ahead of time.

Excellent was here 20 min total that includes paying the bill. Flushed the pipe with hot water from water heater, put on a pvc coupling and wrote up invoice.

The work was perfect. They are an awesome local company. They have fair prices and great service. Scott the service tech is very professional and preforms high quality work. They have repaired a few pluming items for me and I am very happy. They are highly recommended.

When I called I was able to get an appointment the next day. The day of they called to ask to come an hour early! Jim was polite and professional. Able to fix easily in less than 1/2 hour. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

They say good things, like diamonds, come in small packages. Well, Woodbridge Plumbing is that diamond plumber! My initial contact with Scott was reassuring...I explained what I perceived as my problem and asked for a plumber to fix a slow leak. He understood right away and scheduled a plumber to come out the next day. I received a courtesy call from Melissa in their office to alert me that the plumber was enroute. As Melissa stated, Mike E. came out, quickly and efficiently checked what I was complaining about, removed the old inside the basement gate valve, and replaced it with a modern Bleed valve. He only had a small access portal to accomplish the removal and replacement, solder the pipes, all which he completed with ease. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. A few days later, I noticed that a very small leak was coming from the outside faucet and went by the office. I discussed the previous installation with Tom and Melissa. They sent David out the same day. David inspected the bleed valve installation and verified that it was solid and operating properly. He kindly explained the winterizing bleeding feature to me. Then he looked at the outside hose bibb, identified the very slow leak, and quickly repaired it. They honored the senior discount offer on angie's list. These Woodbridge Plumbing folks are the small diamond that I was looking for! They are professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, customer friendly, and are the local business we were seeking. They are my plumber from now on!!

This is a great company. I was gone for Christmas break and when I came back, I had no water. I was recommended this company by a coworker. I called them and they came the next day. The gentleman came and informed me that the water restriction valve had gone bad. He noticed that my shut off valve had been stripped and offered to replace it for cost, I was thrilled. He also offered to take a look at one other little issue, that took less than 5 minutes to address. The gentleman was polite, thorough and very prompt. I could not have been happier with the service. This is the company I will call about all my plumbing issues in the future.

We notice a water stain on the ceiling of our foyer over the weekend (close to where our top floor washer/dryer closet is located). We called Woodbridge at 7:30 on Monday morning and were able to schedule 12-3 visit. The plumber showed up at the beginning of the time window and proceeded to methodically work through the possible causes. Issue was diagnosed with after various inspections and a couple of drywall cuts. The coupling below the drain pan was faulty. They will be back later in the week to repair/replace with a new pan, etc. Plumber was efficient and professional. I am not rating cost as we did get multiple estimates so have nothing to compare to. We have used Woodbridge in the past and would rather dire someone that we have trust in rather than (possibly) save a few dollars.

Troubleshot a shower head that was actully leaking from behind the wall. A previous service provider was unable to determine where the leak was coming from. Did quality work and things seem to be fine.

Scott was very professional and well mannered. The old faucets were original from the 1980s and were rusted underneath. Scott had no trouble disconnecting the old faucets and did a great job in connecting our new ones efficiently. We have used Woodbridge before and will do so again!

Even with all the work they had to do, they completed all three tasks in 2 hours. The plumber was extremely friendly and showed/explained all the work he did in detail. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill and everything he fixed works very well.

The tech showed up on time and completed the work timely and efficiently. He even went the extra mile to seal around the new sink and vanity. The tech was professional and I will continue to use Woodbridge Plumbing.

It went well. I've used this company for about eight years for faucet work. They've been responsive prompt and knowledgeable every time. The year warranty on parts was a big plus especially on the last work done on the kitchen faucet.

Mr. Ecklin was great, polite, and informed me of what he doing during the process of fixing the issue.

Previous plumbers over several years never could fix the problems of one commode. I contacted Woodbridge Plumbing who arrived as scheduled early on the day desired and worked on both commodes within 45 minutes. The plumber installed a new shut-off valve, replacing the one which was quite difficult to turn and caused excessive flooding when operated by me previously. His replacement required only one quarter turn to shut off the water. He also replaced the water input line with both parts costing $15.00. He completed all his work in 45 minutes and I learned they charge by the quarter hour which resulted in savings for me. There was no set fee for the house call and no analysis fee as I was charged by a previous plumber. The total bill, including parts was $135.90. They accepted my check and I did not need a bank letter regarding "no bad check record" as so many auctions and some retailers are now demanding.

The gentlemen arrived on time as scheduled ready to work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to fix it. They returned a couple days later and completed the work. Kept the work area clean and finished the job in only a few hours. The actually cost came in under estimate. I was very pleased.

I called them on a Tuesday late afternoon after a major storm to try and get my kitchen drain fixed that was leaking behind the cabinet wall. I wasn't expecting it but they offered to come by Thursday. Showed up towards the end of the 3 hour projected timeframe which is understandable and took about two hours to fix the drain (apparently it was renovated wrong, the pipe was never capped). Leroy was awesome! He kept me informed with his progress and he did the minimum amount of modification to the cabinet that could possibly be done. I wish it didn't cost so much but I had no comparison (I tried to get another plumber to come do it, they were unresponsive at best).

I called to have my old hot water heater checked out because it was not heating the water properly. They sent Mike out the next day. After checking it out, Mike gave me an option of repairing the valve which he said may last for a couple of years or inasmuch as my hot water heater was twelve years old, to replace it. I decided to replace the hot water heater and to my surprise, they were able to do it immediately. He left to pick up the new hot water heater and returned within 30 minutes. A helper was supposed to meet up with him, but didn't show. By this time, it was snowing like crazy, but Mike was very professional, brought the new hot water heater through the snow, and laid plastic on the carpet before bringing it inside. It is significant to note that I told him that he did not need to lay plastic down because the carpet was going to be removed in a couple of days and replaced with new carpet, but he still did not want to track the snow in and laid the plastic. Mike was great and did an outstanding job! I would be remiss if I did not mention that I have used Woodbridge Plumbing several times not only for myself, but I have called them out to my mother's home as well and they have always been professional, prompt and fair with their pricing. I do apologize to Woodbridge Plumbing for being negligent in not writing a review for some of the previous visits and they do deserve outstanding ratings.
